A good stay and very reasonable for the room rate. We were here for a few nights while waiting for our Vietnam visa. Very comfortable hotel. Spacious and clean room. Big comfortable bed. Mattress is hard but it was okay for us. Daily housekeeping. Toiletries, free water bottles everyday. Good air conditioning and ample hot water. Decent smart tv. Wifi can be improved. Staff is friendly, efficient and was the best. Breakfast consisted of a few stir fries, fried eggs and congee. Buffet style breakfast. Basic breakfast but it's good. There were no decent foreigner friendly restaurants around so it's great as a transit hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. When we left, front desk got us a golf cart to the bus station fast so we could get to the bus station at 9am easily and smoothly. Thanks guys

There is a big difference between the displayed location and the actual location. It should be that the navigation version is too low. I called the front desk and there was a Chinese communicator. Then I waited for her to drive to pick me up. The hotel is very large in Mansay. The front desk procedures are very fast. Breakfast It's free and clean, but the network is a bit stuck here and there, but overall it's pretty good.

Great place, extremely relaxing in this month of April. Being outside the tourist season and in an extremely hot period we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool, great on the banks of the Mekong. It's actually not very far from the main street of Pakbeng. We were even able to see the elephants bathing opposite. If you stay long enough, go and spend some time at Mekong Elephant Park, it's a magnificent project.

Luxury hotel in the Laotian wilderness. We arrived on a slow boat and spent New Year's Eve there. Unfortunately, no festive event was held at the hotel, which was a little disappointing, because there is absolutely nothing to do in the village. Started with a long drive from Udomxay Train Station, about 30 kilometers and about 1 hour, running out of the city, into the countryside, crossing countless mountains until reaching the destination. The atmosphere of the room that I chose was truly surrounded by nature. On the balcony of the house, there was a waterfall flowing through. No matter how hot the weather was, when surrounded by nature, I could still feel the cool air all the time. The room was comfortable. There might be some insects, but the part that I didn't like was the hot water that was very difficult to adjust to be warm. Traveling from the house to the central part of the resort was quite far. You had to call a car to pick you up or get a bicycle from the reception to ride yourself. But the part that I didn't like the most was the food. The taste was not to my liking at all. The dishes were very big. But if it wasn't delicious, I couldn't eat it. But I had to eat it because there was nothing else to eat in that area. Until the last day, I tried Lao food and found that the food tasted better. Not very delicious, but much better. Another thing that I would like to improve is the service that sometimes takes a long time. For example, when I was in the room and wanted to order food, after calling, it took almost 1 full hour. Or talking to customers should be better, compared to the price of the accommodation.

This is without a doubt the best accommodation we've stayed at in Laos: new, clean, comfortable, and with excellent service. We stayed here for two nights and, for a small fee, were allowed to use the pool at the associated resort across the road. This made the experience truly fantastic!
