Semi double room is good for 1 person. For 2 persons, after putting 2 luggages, you can’t walk around. Aircon is v cold. Breakfast is good and free coffee/tea in afternoon. Walking to Nagoya station especially with luggages, it is at least 20 mins. Overall, hotel is cozy. Near to shopping areas & Aeon. Can find food easily in the malls.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Nov 2024. A little difficulty finding this hotel from the Nagoya station. Google map not very helpful. Need to take lift up to lobby. There is a little public tub, kind of weird. Not an onsen, just a tub with hot water. Room is clean, standard small size in Japanese hotel. Comfortable room with good water pressure. Collect toiletries at lobby if you need. Front desk staff is very polite & helpful. Will keep your luggage before 3pm check-in time. Best of all, it is next to Komeda coffee, must try when in Nagoya.

The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

The hotel is from level 15 onwards and has a great view of the city. Will stay in this hotel again next time we visit Nagoya.

Excellent location situated next to the Nagoya Station (JR) line and opposite to the Meitetsu Nagoya Station. Nagoya station is peppered with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, convenient stores and you can find Takashimaya store too. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. Everything works to a T In Marriott. I can’t ask for more

Gorgeous view of railway inside the most economic room type, even not including breakfast package, still admirable. Excellent floor layout design with rooms surrounding the central foyer. Basement self-parking with unlimited in/ out flexibility deserves credit. Hotel facilities have much room for improvement, as only ice-making machine on most guest floors. Introducing public bath, vending machine could bring more reasons to stay in this hotel. After all, I’m pleased to have chosen this hotel for a 4-night stay, and will reconsider an encore in my next Nagoya visit.

This is good place for business trip or travel even is great location and staff are very nice , willing to service. The hotel is not far from subway station. It also have airport bus directly to hotel which is more convenience.

Service excellent. Staff very nice, helpful and have a smiling face. On the other hand, the bed and pillow were too soft. Room very clean except the washing machine. I think the hotel forgot to check the washing machine during clean up. Buffet breakfast delicious though not many many varieites but yet enough already.

Since I had an early morning flight, I selected for this rather newish Marriott branded property (I believe it was ＜ 3 year old) close to Nagoya Chubu International airport for 1 night. Location The property is located about 5-10 mins walk from the Nagoya Chuba airport station. Outside of that, there is not much in the area outside of other nearby airport hotels. It is located next to the water, therefore the waterview is quite assured. The hotel does provide an airport shuttle especially during the morning hours - which I did not use as the walk to the airport was very doable even with large luggage. There is a walk bridge connecting the terminal to this airport hotel area. Check In I arrived quite late, around 11 pm at the property to intially an empty lobby area but did get busy after. I was helped immediately by what seems to be the only agent working that evening. I already saw on the Bonvoy app that one of my room was already upgraded to a Junior suite, while the 2nd room in my reservation was the room type that I had reserved. This was quite a long time ago as an Elite Titanium that I received an upgrade especially at a Four Points property. I was asked to select my welcome gift which I selected for the breakfast - since it already starts at 6 am which gave me sufficient time to have breakfast before going to the airport (since I knew at that the JAL domestic lounge would have zero options for breakfast). Room One of the room was on a lower floor, while the Suite was on the highest floor of the property (5th if I remember correctly). As expected it was a very spacious room - although without any separated bedroom and living area. The interior decoration of the hotel was aviation based and on the industrial concept - with a lot of dark tones - which I liked a lot, but I guess this is very personal point. On the other hand, there was no real option to brighten up the room further as the lighting was limited too - so it's not the best if you're someone who prefers a more lighted/bright room. The room had a large floor to ceiling windows facing the water, which in the morning I already noticed would have given the room a very bright feel with the natural lighting. There was no closed wardrobe, but it was an open concept. The bed was the main object in the room with the working desk situated behind the headboard area (this reminded me of the Metropol Belgrade property room). Outside of this, there was a small sitting area with a nice view towards the water and the terminal and hotel buildings. There was a small in room gift left by the hotel as an Elite welcome gesture - which was nice. The TV was of a larger size with the usual channels for an international chain hotel in Japan. Internet speed was good - stable and worked well for usual usage. The climate control in the room worked well being silence and managing to keep the room temperature as desired. I used it when I walked ”town” in Tokoname. It is about a 3-minute walk from ”Meitetsu Tokoname Station” and there is also a free flat parking lot, so it is convenient to go by train or by car (I went by car). Excellent location, 3 mins walk from Rinku Tokoname station and Aeon Tokoname Mall. 15 mins walk from Rinku Beach. Spacious room and toilet and bath. A bit aged but clean. Seaview room with enormous window. Pola products in washroom. Breakfast included in room charge but if you have to pay separately, not recommended. Nice staff with good english. No convenience shop nearby, have to go to Aeon Mall which open at 10am, close at 9pm. check out at 12.00. I ask for a 30 mins delay and was told that I have to pay. Very rigid Japanese rules. If they were fully booked I could understand but they were not.

I thought it was just from the station because it looks good from the Shinkansen platform, and it took a little far from the station １０ minutes for the name ”station hotel”. The interior is a Showa hotel, but the service is good, and the morning buffet breakfast is served with curry and one drink in the evening.
