Hotéis com Breakfast em Capital Region, Iceland

Fiquei um pouco decepcionado com a higiene, pois encontrei pedaços de cabelo e manchas na roupa de cama, embora a equipe da recepção tenha respondido rapidamente ao meu pedido com a troca de um novo conjunto de lençóis, ainda encontrei um pequeno pedaço de cabelo depois que o novo conjunto foi trocado. Além disso, a localização era ótima e a equipe do hotel era amigável.

This stay was, to put it mildly, a bug-infested lesson. I stayed for 4 nights. The first two nights were fine, but on the third night, things went south – I started getting bitten by bugs in the room, resulting in red spots all over my body. This wasn't just me being sensitive; these were clearly visible bites that required photographic evidence (which I did take, of both the spots and the bugs). What's even more outrageous is that this wasn't an isolated incident. I later found out that previous guests had reported similar issues, indicating that the hotel has a long-standing problem with hygiene and pest control, rather than a one-off accident. After the incident, the hotel's solution was to arrange a room change. The problem is, what had to happen already happened. The room change felt more like going through the motions than actually solving the issue. Due to hygiene concerns, I personally disposed of some of my clothes and shoes, essentially paying extra for this stay. To summarize: * The room has a pest problem. * Hygiene management is questionable (and seemingly a long-term issue). * The response was delayed and inadequate. * The guest had to bear the additional costs themselves. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, you might gamble on it; but if you don't want to use your body as a test subject, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Maybe it is my fault for expecting hotels in Iceland to have little to no, if not relatively poor service as a whole, but my booking issues with them, the communication leading up to the stay and overall interaction with staff was next to none, Save for the on-site staff that I got to bump into, it's pretty much non-existent. The Booking itself, alongside a mistake with the app, and the hotel refusing to offer direct communication, and lying throughout the whole ordeal when it came to ”calling back” was literal hell. That being said the say was, fine? It's a place to rest, that's all I can say. The breakfast was definitely pathetic, but like the first statement it might've been my fault for expecting something substantial,. Definitely don't get the breakfast, don't use the hot coffee/cocoa machine since it's broken or unfilled half the time. Seek out amenities at the grocery stores nearby instead.

O transporte é conveniente.Fica a 10 minutos a pé de atrações e estações de metrô e a cerca de 20 minutos a pé de atrações distantes. Higiene: Muito mediana, há pêlos na colcha, não tão boa quanto um hotel expresso Ambiente: Muito médio, o isolamento acústico é muito pobre, e você será acordado pela equipe de limpeza pela manhã. Serviço: Os funcionários estão muito entusiasmados

A equipe do hotel foi muito simpática e cooperativa. O hotel é arrumado. Fiquei hospedado com minha esposa por apenas 2 noites e nós dois ficamos satisfeitos. A localização era ótima. A vista da janela do hotel era incrível. A apenas 8-10 minutos a pé da estação de ônibus. A apenas 15-18 minutos a pé da famosa igreja Hallgrimskirkja, Rainbow Street. Localização: O hotel está localizado Na principal rua comercial, Quase central no centro, 4 minutos a pé para o supermercado de Bonus ou Kronan, e Cerca de 10 minutos a pé para a Grande igreja, o lago de lago e o porto, também fechar a paragem de autocarro n.o 6 2.Acomodações: quartos confortáveis e espaçosos com panquecas e todos OS produtos de cozinha necessários, para que possamos fazer a nossa própria cozinha aqui 3.Serviço: o Pessoal é BOM e útil 4.Pequeno-almoço: Incultado, tipo de buffet com muitas escolhas, croissant é grande, tem iogurte Skyr, também têm outros especialistas locais, Como peixe islandês, muito delicioso e gostámos muito, altamente recomendado

The bus hostel is really near the airport and quite walkable to major sightseeing like 20-30 minutes. Yet the Windows curtain could not even cover it well so if you sleep near a Windows in summer (as the night will be very bright) You will affect by the light. There was men snoring really hard so it affect as well (though this is not about the hotel) I got nose allergy and the entire time I stay in the hotel and it makes me feel very sick. The self check in system is quite good, yet the reception will be locked after 9pm(?) I was coming back at 10pm and there was no staff help unlocking the main entrance which the password is different. They provide no information about this. A few of us (new guests or those coming back) are locked outside until a guest know the password show up. This certainly not a good service at all. The toilet has automatic light which is Environmental friendly I like it, but it went off when I only have a short time in the toilet, this really not quite good. But the location is good and there is bus travel tour pick up from here.

Hotel is very clean, location is superb, all amenities within short walking distance, free parking for those who drive and for those who dont city tour bus stops in front of the hotel. Spa facilities are lovely. Would recommend booking option with breakfast as food is pricy in Reykjavik. We went in group of 7, 4 rooms. Only downside was that not all the rooms are hot, some are warm and other hot despite radiators being opened on full. Would highly recommend staying there. Clean, modern and perfectly located hotel

Escolhi um quarto com cozinha, o que foi bem agradável. Tinha um fogão de indução e banquetas, então pude preparar pratos simples. Não havia chaleira, mas havia uma cafeteira. Você precisa lavar sua própria louça para a comodidade do próximo hóspede. Como não podemos garantir que a louça do hóspede anterior esteja perfeitamente limpa, recomendamos que você a lave antes de usar.

Uma das melhores casas de hóspedes da cidade com pequeno-almoço de complimentação que é absolutamente bom ter porque a Islândia é muito caro
