Hotéis com Breakfast em Heredia, Costa Rica

We were prepared when booking this hotel from existing reviews by others. What happened turns out disappointing. The room on 2000 series on second floor seems an old unit, no shower floor towel, bath tub a bit old but functional, no fridge and so on. We were prepared for all that considering the price and location. At bed time, we found two bugs on bed linen but dusted them off. It's tropical atmosphere, what one expect! The next morning after breakfast, however, I found a few more on my bed. I pulled out a one of my credit card and killed a few. When pulled up my bed cover further, more showed up ...... See the bug in the video clip. I called front desk who sent a room services personnel to look at it. The personnel seems surprised to see the bugs as well. The front desk lady was nice and quick to act and changed my room to the room on 6000 series and okay with us. I requested to talk to their manager. Once back in late afternoon that day, I approached frondesk rep who went to backroom to fetch for the manager. The manager showed up in a while and apologized lightly, and started to push back by saying it's tropical weather here,bugs are normal, and many more. I told him that the room is infested too bad and need a thoughrou cleaning to eradicate the infestation. The manage then went on to explaining the same. I feel disappointed. For this hotel, I do not recommend this hotel until they do a good job. Or if you do like us, not exactly though, do make sure to ask the right question to avoid such a room. Good luck next time.

The room is spacious and comfortable, although it needs some updates due to strong signs of use. The shower in the bathroom is not closed so it sinks all the flor after showering. The breakfast is very good with some variety. The location only suits if you want to stay near the airport. It takes some time (around 30 minutes) to get to San José. For a Radison brand hotel, it needs a big general refurbishment.

Muito perto do aeroporto. Há serviço de transporte gratuito de ida e volta para o aeroporto. O motorista que nos buscou foi nota 10, muito simpático e deu dicas de viagem. Quartos limpos. Bom café da manhã incluído. Bom custo-benefício. A única coisa que poderia ser melhorada é o exaustor do banheiro ou uma janela que abre, devido ao cheiro de mofo após o banho.

The perfect airport hotel - clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and brilliant breakfast(seriously, the best I had on my trip). Be wary of that there can be a huge wait if you’re planning on taking the shuttle service to the hotel…San Jose traffic means it’s often very delayed!

Tive uma experiência 5 estrelas aqui por 8 noites e desfrutei de um lindo quarto com vista para o campo de golfe e as montanhas. O serviço de quarto foi excepcional, especialmente a quesadilla e os pratos de massa. As piscinas eram sensacionais e mesmo estando lotadas havia espaço de sobra para todos. O spa valeu a pena (pergunte pela Laura) ela é a melhor! Eu recebia uma ótima limpeza da Maria no quinto andar e meu carregador favorito era um cavalheiro chamado Carlos. Todos foram muito simpáticos e quando houve algum problema no checkout ou check-in eles foram resolvidos rapidamente pela excelente equipe de suporte ao cliente de Caleb, Jackeline e Gianina, que prestaram um serviço impecável.

Nice hotel not far from SJO. In Belen more upscale part of San Jose. Rooms are big but could be a little cleaner. Service in the bar and restaurant wasn’t great. Breakfast buffet is overpriced. Casino is nothing to write home about. Other than that stay was good.

Even though we were only there for one night the staff were wonderful! The gentleman behind the desk carried our bags to the room when we checked in just after midnight. The staff at the restaurant in the morning were very kind and explained everything for us and the lady that checked us out was very sweet. All in all a wonderful stay

Realmente gostei da minha estadia aqui. O foyer é aberto, relaxante e moderno. O café da manhã era bom, usei a academia e a piscina, as camas eram confortáveis ​​e a comida no andar de baixo era saborosa para jantar nos Vaporettos
