O quarto é muito pequeno e a cama muito curta para duas pessoas. A água do chuveiro muitas vezes não está quente e é preciso esperar muito tempo. Não há lugar para colocar a mala. Nada confortável. Boa localização, com muitos restaurantes por perto. Pequena piscina aquecida na cobertura. Vista bonita. Mas não vale o preço.

Amazing view both from our room, roof top breakfast/bar area (mornings & evenings) also great view from hot tub & spa floor. - Complimentary water - Welcome non alcoholic drinks - Complimentary 15mins massage for 1 person at the spa (we added it to a 45min massage which was great too) - 8 mins walk to Santafe shopping mall (which has a grocery store underground) - Fully loaded fridge & bar for paid items - Buffet breakfast with variety of fresh fruits & hot soup & tons of options - Attentive staff at breakfast & bar in the evenings Special shout out to Tatiana & Andres & also a chef / staff from the kitchen who asked us if there's anything else we need when I was just looking around.

This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

Se você estiver viajando para Medellín pela primeira vez e estiver em viagem de negócios na Colômbia, recomendo se hospedar na região de El Poblado. É mais tranquilo. Este hotel não é caro para a região, mas a localização é muito boa, principalmente porque o lugar é realmente pequeno. Do outro lado da rua fica a Provenza, uma rua repleta de bares e restaurantes, incluindo o restaurante Karol G's e a discoteca Maluma. Há um supermercado Farmatodo 24 horas nas proximidades, o que é muito conveniente para comprar água, etc. O supermercado grande mais próximo é o Éxito WoW, a cerca de um quilômetro de distância. O hotel usa produtos de higiene pessoal da L'Occitane, mas as bancadas são minúsculas e o banheiro tem apenas cerca de 0,5 metro quadrado cada 🥹. Há uma construção em andamento perto do hotel e eu era acordado pelo barulho todos os dias. De segunda a sábado, a discoteca é incrivelmente barulhenta. O restaurante do hotel no primeiro andar tem refrigerantes muito bons; Como tinha reuniões marcadas lá, pedi praticamente tudo. Café da manhã: Gostei bastante. Era composto principalmente de alimentos brancos, muffins e iogurtes. O pão também estava delicioso. Os garçons eram jovens, bonitos e o serviço foi muito atencioso! Eles foram muito prestativos e cuidadosos conosco; em comparação, o povo de Bogotá foi bastante hospitaleiro e atendeu a quase todas as nossas necessidades.

I didn't use the facilities. The food was good and reasonable. Tight security.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The hotel is great to spend the night or find week alone or in couple. It is in the entire neighborhood of Manila and 5 minutes walk from the Parc del Poblado. The super clean and very cosy room, quite spacious. And the very good price. I recommend it 100%.

Good hotel in the heart of Medellin Provenza. What a great focus is noise load. If you come to party and late then this is the best hotel. You love to sleep between 2300 and 02.30 hours and have trouble with music sounds etc then this hotel is not for you.

The swimming pool and breakfast were a great plus. I’ll definitely stay again. The view in the hotel at night is amazing

It was a nice stay. Initially we booked the junior suite. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade. That was nice as we received a 20% discount on the dinners and 10% on the spa. My girlfriend -as a massage specialist - enjoyed the deep tissue massage (she gave it a 7.5). We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Also the lounge was nice and we had some drinks and bites end of day. All in all a nice stay and very friendly service. Location is very close to the airport, which made it a nice stay at the end of our trip.
