The hotel is located 5mins walk away from Chunxi subway station exit E. Just exit and look up straight ahead, you can see the hotel name in orange adjacent to the cross junction. There are many eateries nearby and convenience stores beside the hotel. Room isn't too big but cosy and comfortable. There's a laundry room and drying terrace on the 8th floor. It's 70mins taxi ride to Tianfu airport so better to choose Shuangliu airport if you have a choice.

Hotel Review I stayed here for just one night and had a mixed experience. I requested a non-smoking room but was given a room that was full of smoke smell. However, when I requested a change, the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. They moved me to another room, which was still a smoking room but had a much lighter smell. Given the affordable price and the fact that it was just for one night, it was acceptable overall. The staff’s helpful attitude made up for the inconvenience, but I hope the hotel improves its non-smoking room options in the future.

Overall hotel is good, nice location inside airport, nice and spacious bedroom, nice breakfast and good staff at dining room. But VERY BAD WOMEN FRONT STAFF! My sister can speak Chinese so she speak Chinese with woman at front desk (evening shift on 17/10/2024) when check-in for smooth communication but she gave us bad attitude like don't wanna talk to us and don't gave us any info about breakfast time and facilities. Also another women when we came back to ask about information gave us same bad attitude and bad service mind. Luckily when had breakfast staff at dining room were nice and well served, also when check out male staff at front desk very welcoming and nice so can end my trip at Chengdu not too bad.

The check in process with quick and smooth with the assistance of 小吴⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 6 year old hotel but maintenance is great that I would actually think it’s a 2-3year old hotel. Room was a decent size with ample space to manage luggage and shopping goods. I had good sleep on all nights in the hotel, the bed, pillow was really comfortable. Location wise it’s a stone’s throw away from chunxi road with IFS and Taikooli just around the corner. At night there are food stalls just around the hotel entrance so perfect to try some local street food. The first night, we encountered some issues with the centralized aircon which was swiftly and professionally managed by 刘棚. He ensured that we had a comfortable stay, and was very patient throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Follow up was done by 小吴via WeChat to make sure we are good and comfortable with the new room. the hotel is definitely worth the stay, but the best asset would definitely be both 刘棚 and 小吴， I too wish I could hire staff that are so professional and dedicated as both of them. Thank you both!

Definitely perfect About 5min walk to IFS or Metro Services very nice No problem about languages because we contact via Wechat app The hotel really clean and new no smoking smell Also there is a butt spray👍👍👍 Recommend to include breakfast 👍 Only one thing to concern is the elevator that wait a bit long time (about 5-10min) BTW, it's only in rush hour You can go up and then go down that's faster

The location and the cleanliness was excellent. It was easy to find the hotel because it was located near to IFS Building. We booked for 3 rooms and spent 2 nights there before explore the National Park on Nov 4-6. After checked in successfully the kind male staff accompanied us to the room, it was quite difficult to reach to our room because there were two buildings and we had to take another elevator to go to our rooms. But the overall experience was great. The room size not too big but it was ok for us. The cleanliness was great but there was one room got a bad smell of cigarette but after I noticed the receptionist, she acknowledged and prepared the new room and sent 2 luggages to the new rooms for us. I recommended everyone who prefers the great location and easy to reach to the attraction places in downtown to stay in this lovely hotel.

All the information provided on trip.com booking site for the hotel is true, including the photos. We were assigned to a romantic purple room and a giant panda themed room. There is no water dispenser in the hotel but the staff is willing to help to fill our water bottles with warm or hot water upon request. The hotel is strategically located on chunxi road, very close to the shopping streets yet quiet enough for a good rest. There is a convenient shop (lawson) nearby which opens 24hrs. Strongly recommend.

The front desk is very nice and professional. Location is quite good with two nearby metro stations. The breakfast is good and what surprises me is the special seafood buffet dinner with 100Y discount, there are many live seafood and hotpot to consume, well worth it. The disappointing part is the air conditioning in the room. It is always at 27 degC... freaking stuffy and warm. I couldn't sleep well the whole night and I was sweating. The air condition is actually not working and they preset it centralized and there is just hot air. I complaint and was given one cooling fan bit it didn't worked still hot and I complain again and was given a second cooling fan, still didn't work. It is very very frustrating. The reason I was told by the front desk is that they are servicing the air conditioner so they have to shut it down... like SERIOUSLY..?? I lover everything about this hotel but the air conditioning problem is a big NO NO...!!!

We were really grateful for the early check-in they offered as we arrived at Chengdu on a very early flight. We have a few hours of rest before starting to explore around Chengdu. Location is very convenient and there is lots of good food in the surroundings. Luckin coffee, their local chain coffee is just at Level 1 of the same building with the hotel. We had a few cups during our stays. Room conditions are clean and comfortable. At times, the lift might be crowded during peak hours. We are okay as staircases are available too. It is very easy to get to the IFS shopping area and Tai Koo Li.

We stayed here for four nights. The hotel is within walking distance of Cheng Xi Lu and IFS. There's a convenience store in front of the hotel, making it easy to buy snacks and drinks. The hotel provides self-service washing machines and dryers, which is perfect for a mom like me traveling with a six-year-old. The breakfast is of international standard, with cold orange juice rather than hot. A coffee machine is a must for me. For my child, the selection of fruits, bread, cereals, milk, soybean milk, and porridge was more than enough. We’ll definitely return if we come to Chengdu. I would give this hotel five stars overall, but I reserve one star for service due to the shop manager's attitude. I never saw her smile, and she seemed impatient. The other staff at the counter were friendly and helpful, but she stood out negatively.

We checked in past midnight and stayed here for 2 nights. We were impressed by the impeccable services, notably the receptionist and housekeeping. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the rooms and amenities offered. The room was clean, bed and pillows were so fluffy, toilet was clean, water pressure was great, towels and bathrobes were clean too. The metro station (Luomashi station) is just 2 minutes walk away. There is also a convenient store and food court on the left of the hotel. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in Dorsett Hotel and we would definitely stay and recommend this hotel to our friends and family during our future trips!

Stayed 1 night on 13-9-2024 including breakfast,l. The location is quite convenient, walkable to Terminal 1 just a few minutes. Service is good, the pool and sauna are amazing. The dinner buffet is good value and a lot of choice for the foods. The breakfast was also not bad. Overall a pleasant stayed.

We stayed at Pagoda for 2 nights, very happy with the location and cleanliness of the hotels. The customer services is excellent, very helpful especially the receptionists Aim, Alan, Dawn and Shine, they helped us with our luggage posted to the JiuZhaiGou hotel so we didn’t have to carry around with us when touring Huanglong scenic. Highly recommended this hotel and will stay again if we come back.

Will NOT book again. The hotel is facing train station directly and the window is SMALL. It’s very warm inside the room and the centralize aircon doesn’t blow cold air during “winter”. Basically 23 degrees outside with zero wind. Called the reception and they ask us to open windows wide to sleep (meaning we have to endure the train and shouting outside) you CANNOT sleep naked too, else the hotel opposite can see everything. Breakfast is decent, housekeeping is good. Check-in girl looks like * ****** *** ******.

The apartment was big, clean, and very comfortable with all the facilities and equipment (the washing machine + dryer were very useful since we moved a lot and we had to wash some of our clothes). The personnel at the reception was very kind and all of them were English speakers. The breakfast was good. Sincerely, nothing to complain about. One of our best choices in our travel around China.

We had a great time in Chengdu and our stay at minyoun hotel helped make all the difference. It is quite a luxurious hotel with the reception on the 33rd floor and rooms even higher up meaning that all rooms came with an unobstructed view of the city skyline. Location was also great being within walking distance ~7-10mins to taikooli (shopping area) and lankwaifong (bar/club area). It was also only 100/200meters away from a metro station which we honestly didn’t use, as taxis were all only 10-20rmb (~€2) Finally the staff were excellent and particularly helpful at every request. Special shoutout to the 2 girls (apologies if we have the names wrong but Chris and Joy?), and Stefan Hu who took the time to suggest all the best places to visit around Chengdu - helping us add the locations to our maps and gifting us a tourist information notebook and panda! We really enjoyed our stay at minyoun hotel and would highly recommend staying here. The staff brought our stay to another level, thank you ⭐️

This has been my second time at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and like the second time, it has been a wonderful stay. The staff is great, and I want to thank especially Crystal, who did extra effort to make this stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet has much to choose from and only high quality products are offered. The spa is great, with a gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool. And the rooms are very spacious and have a beautiful view. If I were to come to Chengdu again, I would want to stay at the Ritz Carlton again!

Excellent location. There is a shopping complex with many dining options, food courts just below the hotel. It's duty-free shopping too. Nearest train station is about 5 mins walk. It is sometimes better to take the train, because the hotel is located at a very busy location of the town and traffic there isn't the best. The hotel is only about 6 stops from Chengdu East Station and the ride to the hotel only took us about 15mins. A Didi ride from the same station to the hotel took us about more than an hour because of traffic jam. IFS & Taikooli is just 5-10 walk away. 10/10 for location. I spent a few days in Chengdu and have chosen another luxury hotel for my stay, I would say I prefer the ambience, the hospitality experience and had a better overall experience staying in the room of that hotel. Unfortunately, that hotel is in a more exclusive area unlike Grand Hyatt. However, I would still recommend Grand Hyatt for its location, cleanliness, good service and overall good experience for traveler.

Ha, again I am back to stay at the hotel. This time round am not being upgraded to be larger better room. But that is fine. I still like the location of the hotel which is slightly away from the busy street of 春熙路。

My family and i were pleased with this hotel, it was great value for money, breakfast selection was one of the better ones that i’ve had on this trip. The outdoor hot spring was lovely. Service was top-notch if not for this next point. Guests were allowed to smoke in the lobby despite it being a no-smoking lobby. Even when I went to the front desk to highlight it to them, they did not do anything. This was massively disappointing for me. Otherwise, location was great, near some eateries. Service staff was always nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here!!

1) Reception closes after 12am which makes enquiries cumbersome if you don’t have a china mobile. 2) Only 1 washing machine and dryer to accommodate the whole hotel needs. 3) Hot Spring at the hotel only opens from 5pm to 9pm and advance booking of 30 mins have to be made which makes planning difficult 4) Location is prime as it need to the valley park but beware that you will be getting a lot of noise pollution from both cars and human traffic. The lack of city planning causes a lot of congestion.

I stayed in two rooms for two nights during the Jiuzhaigou tour and was very satisfied in all aspects. 📍Location: The commercial street is right next to the hotel. The more popular restaurant Yak Hotpot can be reached on foot. There are KFC Bawang Chaji Mixue Ice City nearby... It is about one kilometer away from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The hotel has a car that can be sent to the entrance of the scenic area, 4 yuan per person. 🍀Environment: The hotel is very large and has many rooms. The twin room I stayed in: the beige tone is very comfortable, it looks very clean, the room is very spacious and has a sofa. 🥖Breakfast: There are many varieties, and the rice noodles are good. Check-in is also fast. It feels that individual travelers and tour groups have separate check-in areas, so they will not be disturbed early. Jiuzhaigou accommodation is the first choice and will not go wrong! ! ! ! !

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Besides the absolute beauty of the hotel location and the excellent amenities, what blew our minds was the service. In Chinese, they call it “服务至上” and I have never experienced it so profoundly except here even compared to the exorbitant hotels I have stayed elsewhere in the world. Some examples include: the chauffeur is always happy and ready to send us to anywhere within the Changpinggou area. When we had to go outside of the area such as back to Chengdu, they very patiently helped us to contact drivers and arrange for our rides. The bidet in my friends’ room was not working well, and they sent mechanics to fix the issue even though it was at night. My partner left his glasses in a bar in the town, and the hotel sent the chauffeur to retrieve it back to the hotel for us. The hotel also offers free photoshoot in traditional costume, and the staff was so patiently helping to send us the photos when we realised we could not access the Baidu cloud system because we are foreigners. All these were above and beyond anything we expected to receive at most hotels, much less a boutique hotel in a relatively remote area. Communication via Wechat was top notch, from the day before we arrived to after we have checked out - this is especially important for us foreigners who are not familiar with navigating China’s systems. Food and drinks were excellent as well, we ordered the chicken hotpot and other dishes on our first day, such a fantastic meal especially in the cold. The hotel also replenished our complimentary snacks and beverages every day. We only wished that we could have stayed longer here. 永远难忘这里的热情和友善，超级感恩，期待下次有机会能回到四姑娘山再住这里！扎西德勒🙏

The beds are 2x 1.5m so suit my family (3 adults) and very good value for money in this case compared to family rooms in other hotels. Bathroom sink in the first room given had a small crack and there’s some construction material next door on the found. so the staff patiently helped me to choose another room facing the front. Aircon and bathroom all worked really well. I went to the hot spring for both nights, very relaxing. I rented ******* clothe for a day to go to the scenery site and there’s a lady set up in the lobby to do makeup and hair beading for a charge. The fee is quite reasonable. Breakfast had lots of options with some local things, definitely up to five star standard. I think this place is under rated. Photos are hotel cafe, view from our balcony and the pool outside of the hot springs

I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

I didn't expect too much from the old hotel, but it felt beyond my expectations. It is integrated into the forest. The original forest is outside the room. The hotel design is very thoughtful and unique. It is more beautiful when the lights are turned on at night. It is an old luxury hotel with a large number of guest rooms. There are probably thousands of rooms in seven buildings. InterContinental should be the largest hotel in Jiuzhaigou. The lobby is covered with glass, with many plants, and the view is transparent and open. You can see the nearby mountains when you sit outside to eat and drink coffee. There are also performances in the evening, which feels very good. Maybe for this reason, there are many conference receptions and travel groups. The disadvantage is that it is too far from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area and occupies a forest exclusively. If you don't drive by yourself, it will be inconvenient to enter and exit. It is close to the high-speed rail station and the airport. Because it is built with a high and low drop, the floor codes of several buildings will make people feel confused. There are too many people at breakfast, and the variety is not rich enough compared to Hilton Resort. But overall, the vacation is still very good. The environment and atmosphere of the hotel are indeed incomparable to other star-rated hotels. It is worth experiencing.

Staff in the breakfast restaurant were all very nice and offered to help. The Concierge manager Jacky Zhang always replied to WeChat requests on a timely basis and made us feel most welcome when saw us in person. We stayed there for 4 nights and some staff recognized us and remembered our room number! They were all super friendly when we chatted with them. On the other hand, staff in the dinner restaurant 炙 are not too helpful or cheerful and need more training to improve the service. The hotel entrance was not always manned including when we arrived. More staff would be needed to ensure timely assistance for arriving guests. Our suite was spacious and at this time of the year could see a snow capped mountain outside the room's windows. The walk-in closet was a bit small relative to the size of the suite, but could accommodate one large open luggage and one small open one. The door of the washroom near the room's entrance was so heavy it was not possible to use that washroom. The nearby walk-in closet door was also super heavy, in any case, once our large luggage is open, that door became jammed by the luggage and could not be open, so we ended up using the entrance from the other side (the bedroom side). A cab ride to the scenic area took 20 minutes and some 42 Reminbi, that saved us the trouble of trying to find a car park at the scenic area where parking spaces were very limited. Many cabs also awaited tourists outside the scenic area when we were finished sight seeing for the day so there was no problem with getting back to the hotel. We dined at the hotel”s dinner restaurant twice and the food was alright though a bit on the high end according to mainland China's standard and for that yet to improve level of service. We were not offered a menu on the first day of buffet breakfast, but on subsequent days we were offered to choose additional items including different egg preparation, congees, noodles, etc. described in the menu. The breakfast restaurant was a bit small so tables were rather near one another, but we went at off peak hours so that was acceptable. There were enough varieties to keep us satisfied but must say not enough varieties for a 5-star hotel; in particular, there was only one type of salad leaf. The bath tub made a loud strange noise after use. We had to unplug from the electric socket to stop the intermitten loud wind blowing noise. That was reported to the front desk when we checked out, but somehow my communication in poor Putongua mixed with English terms was misunderstood by the front desk initially. All in all, I selected Jiuzhaigou Conrad after reviewing the choices carefully, and I still think this is probably the best choice for my needs. Will stay here again next time!

A very satisfying stay. Because we arrived late, we wanted to choose a hotel with high cost performance. We happened to see this hotel, 600+, and it was a chain brand. We booked a garden room. As soon as we entered the hotel, a butler helped us unpack our luggage, and the lobby manager quickly helped us check in and explained these. The room is one of the largest hotels I have stayed in, and it is also relatively new. It is very suitable for parents and children. There are also fitness facilities. The breakfast is also okay and can fill you up. The next morning, we were ready to enter the scenic area at around 10 or 11, but the front desk said that there would be no delivery after 9:30. After coordination, a business car was immediately arranged for us to take us to the scenic area. It was handled very quickly. This hotel is also highly recommended.

Xiao Zhang has a good service attitude and will solve the problems I raised. Although the early bus did not arrive at the meal time, he would order breakfast to take away. The breakfast is also okay and can fill you up. The next morning, we were ready to enter the scenic area at around 10 or 11, but the front desk said that there would be no delivery after 9:30. After coordination, a business car was immediately arranged for us to take us to the scenic area. It was handled very quickly. This hotel is also highly recommended.

Nevertheless Trip offered us a Theater Tickets and the staff said, this is not a reservation from Hotel, they don’t have tickets, this issue need to clarify directly with Trip. Until now nothing clarified with trip. Offering extra events without respect about that is not a good service. Sorry.
