O quarto era espaçoso e a localização do hotel é ótima, perto da rua dos bares, com excelente isolamento acústico. É fácil encontrar lugares para comer e há muitas lojas de conveniência. Minha terceira vez em Chengdu e ainda escolhi este hotel! Não há nada a reclamar sobre este hotel, localização muito boa, a uma curta distância da Chunxi Road. Muitas barracas de comida e um supermercado ao lado do hotel. A recepção é atenciosa. Os quartos são espaçosos e têm todas as comodidades disponíveis. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

Nestled quietly on the outskirts of Langzhai Village, this hotel offers a prime location. It's just a short walk of a few dozen meters to the main road, and cross the street, you're at the gorgeous Huameishengdi. The location is truly excellent. Even before arrival, I was added to a service group, where all my questions regarding check-in and travel received immediate responses. The assistant manager, Danzeng, provided travel advice early on, and on the first night, the manager, Puncuo, even gave a detailed itinerary planning for Jiuzhaigou. Every day, Zaxi, the shuttle driver, and Ms. Namu, were incredibly warm and helpful with transfers. The restaurant's breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and the dinner featuring cured meats, sausages, and pork trotters was outstanding. The private car they arranged was in excellent condition, and the driver was skilled and steady. Right next door to the guesthouse is Daji Temple, and the temple cats frequently wander into the guesthouse – they're super friendly and love to be petted and cuddled!

A charming and delightful hotel with a friendly staff that welcomes everyone with a big smile. The food is excellent! There’s a rich dinner menu and an amazing vegetarian breakfast (we’re vegetarians, so that was especially important and appreciated). The highlight of the place is the view from the balcony — a breathtaking view you simply can’t take your eyes off. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for two nights!

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions for guests on how to take advantage of this feature.
