Останавливалась в Dzen Hotel & Hostel с 02.01.2026 по 04.01.2026 в четырехместном номере для женщин. Очень чистый отель/хостел, удобное месторасположение (недалеко от основных достопримечательностей). В номере установлены 2 двухъярусные кровати на 4 спальных места, большой стол вдоль стены, две табуретки (странно, что только две, хотя номер рассчитан на 4-х человек:)), вешалка для верхней одежды, четыре вешалки-плечика, а также по одному махровому полотенцу для каждого гостя (тапочки предоставляют за дополнительную плату :)). Также в номере есть довольно большие камеры хранения для каждого гостя, кондиционер (в зимнее время кондей очень актуален, т.к. в номере было достаточно свежо, и чтобы повысить температуру в комнате приходилось его включать). В местах общего пользования (большая кухня-гостинная) есть необходимая кухонная утварь и бытовая техника (холодильник, плита), есть большой плазменный телевизор. Также есть лаундж зона с подвесными креслами. Душевые находятся в общем пользовании, но при этом очень чистые. В следующий раз если поеду в Гродно также на 1-2 дня, обязательно остановлюсь в Dzen Hotel & Hostel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was nothing but positive! The room was spacious and very cozy: clean bedding, comfortable furniture, and a modern design. I was especially pleased with how quiet it was – after long walks around the city, it's so important to be able to get a good night's rest. The staff was a particular delight. I was greeted with a smile at the front desk, and they were helpful and suggested some great nearby spots for a delicious dinner. The location is also superb: you can walk to the main attractions, and there are charming cafes and shops nearby. I'll definitely come back here again if I'm in the city! 😊 A big plus is undoubtedly the sauna.

單人房帶一個小窄陽台，可以拍風景，酒店地理位置絕佳，周邊全是景點。衞生狀況良好，室內全地毯，可以不用拖鞋，所以也沒給。含早晚餐，早餐選擇不多但基本的都有。晚餐按菜單點，五選一。住在這樣的酒店最大的好處就是隨時可以回去休息。走一圈累了就回去休息會兒。之前看了很多點評，有點兒猶豫，但最後衹剩這個酒店有房了，想着就湊合一下，結果比預期好很多。

The breakfast was great, the order system was great, but it was exquisite and delicious. The hotel environment is also very good! Very special! The hotel's service is also completely satisfying.

Stop for one night. Set fast, the hotel was filled with people. They said that the wifi only works on the first floor because of the number of guests. Breakfast did not take, but there were 4 continental breakfasts, not very diverse. There is a refrigerator and a teapot in the room. It was very cold. Although the room is small, the battery didn't heat at all. The air conditioner did not work. The bathroom is clean, there is a single shampoo, gel. There is no bottled water, but there is a cooler on the floor (at least seen on its own). There are one-time slippers. If it were not a terrible cold in the room and a beautiful hearing of everything that happens around, it could have put a very good assessment.

It was our 5th time in this hotel and i should say it was the last. It's very far from Russia if you travel from there and of the same quality you can find hotels closer. This time we had leakages in the bathroom and bugs in the dessert, i think with time and no proper quality conttol any nice place can deteriorate.
