O serviço do hotel foi de primeira classe e os funcionários muito simpáticos. O quarto tinha vista para a cidade e os funcionários nos ajudaram com a bagagem no check-in e no check-out. Um funcionário prestativo nos deu informações detalhadas sobre as atrações próximas e até nos mostrou um atalho para Chinatown para jantar. A localização é muito conveniente, com muitos bondes gratuitos por perto. Com certeza me hospedaria aqui novamente na próxima vez.

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

This hotel is really close to Southern Cross Station and there's really friendly reception. The room is really clean with all the necessities. There's laundry, gym, Cafe and a small library on level 1 (I didn't use them as I am away for the whole day) I choose this place as I am aware I will be travelling with two suitcases by myself so this location is perfect for me. I don't have to go through all the trouble of dragging my luggages on to the tram or using Uber since it's only few minutes walk from the station.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the town hall, making it easy to walk to anywhere in the city center. Although it's a 3-star hotel in an old building, the facilities are very new, the bed is soft, and there's a mini-fridge. The only downside is that the internet can be a bit slow when there are a lot of people, but that doesn't affect my overall rating!

The room was OK, a bit outdated and obviously well used. It was clean, and that is really all that matters to us.. We didn't eat in the restaurant but went to the bar, and drinks were reasonably priced. There are not too many comfy seats, or we would have hung around a bit longer, but ok, especially the fire in the middle of the room. Staff were friendly.

Ficámos num apartamento de um quarto no chão, era limpo e confortável, com UMA cozinha bem equipada e um estacionamento confortável no local. O único abaixo era que se sentia um pouco Como UMA bola de peixe dourado, porque não havia janelas de vidro, e as pessoas que andavam por aí podiam facilmente ver.A casa de banho estava boa, embora a casa de banho estava um pouco cansada. O quarto era bonito, especialmente durante a hora feliz, e o pessoal era amigável e útil durante toda a nossa estadia.Em geral, um lugar agradável e confortável para ficar em Lorne.

We stayed for our anniversary. I listed that it was the case at the time of booking. On check-in, Alicia at reception congratulated us, notified us that we would be upgraded and sent a bottle of sparkling wine to the room for us. The room (level 21, rm 25) was stunning with views of the city, clean, well-appointed and big, classic design, and luxurious. The price is a splurge but lively. The complex itself is great with quite a lot to do beautiful food and wonderful staff. It is about a 5-10 minute walking distance away from the multi-level carparking if you choose not to use the valet.

Amazing accommodation Sensational restaurant with amazing food, service. One of the best places to stay, weekend away.

Everything was great , room was clean and staff was helpful. Only thing I wasn’t happy with., no water pressure.

I had the such a great time at Travelodge. Th view was stunning and the customer service was great. I booked my 2 nights separately but they helped me reserve the same room so I didn’t have to check in and out twice.
