The location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com. They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk. The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade. Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.

Everything was very nice in Atlantic City. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The hotel was clean. There was lots to do with the casino and very good dining would highly recommend.

The location is near highway easy to go to Newark airport. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is also good!

Fantastic location, looks great too for a summer vacation. Only challenge here is they have to add breakfast to the deal and also it’s a resort, it should be treated as such.

There was no remote to the Tv I called room service I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer

Precisava ir ao Prudential Center para um show e decidi que dava para ir a pé. O check-in foi péssimo. A recepcionista simplesmente se esqueceu de mim depois de me dizer para esperar 10 minutos pelo meu quarto. Eu pedi um quarto perto do elevador, pois detesto andar por corredores longos, MAS ela me deu o quarto mais distante, ao lado da escada de saída. Suspiro… A cama era confortável. O resto do quarto estava ok, mas a água quente demorava muito para esquentar e a pressão era péssima. O elevador era lento e tivemos que esperar um tempão pelos dois elevadores. Aí, à noite, um dos elevadores quebrou. A espera foi insuportável! À 1h30 da manhã, fui acordada por crianças mimadas batendo na porta do meu vizinho. E o pesadelo começou quando o vizinho infernal resolveu dar uma festa no quarto dele. Liguei para a recepção três vezes e eles prometeram que mandariam um segurança para pedir que fizessem silêncio. Mas, assim que desliguei o telefone, ouvi o deles tocar! Ninguém apareceu e o barulho continuou. Depois da terceira ligação, finalmente alguém apareceu e a festa acabou. Tive que aguentar 3 horas de barulho. No dia anterior, me disseram que o ônibus do aeroporto sairia de hora em hora. Então, desci às 7h45, apenas para descobrir que era hora e meia. Tive que esperar 45 minutos no saguão. No saguão, havia pessoas dormindo. No geral, não voltarei a este hotel.

I really loved the hotel. However, my room was directly above a conference room where high school celebrations were  loud and disturbing. The music was thumping, the microphones screamed, and I found it difficult to rest. The first night was supposedly a dress rehearsal for the event. I called the front desk where it was explained what was going on. The second night I called the desk again to ask what time the noise was going to stop. I was told there’s nothing that can be done about it. I’d love to give you a good review, but that kind of noise in a hotel such as the Madison really is unfortunate and disappointing. Manager in the pub was awesome. Ricky at the front desk was amazing. I had driven from NH for my best friend’s celebration of life which was held in the conservatory, but I was so exhausted that I really wanted to sleep. The loud music and loudspeakers made it impossible.

My stay was perfect as usual, my only concern is anytime you go to the restaurant there is never staff available. They have you waiting for sometime before anyone appears.

Muito bom. Reservei para minha chefe e ela ficou muito satisfeita. Ctrip é muito conveniente para reservar hotéis em casa e no exterior. Espero que a Ctrip fique cada vez melhor.
