Everything went perfectly; we were in group of 8; 4 different rooms, all on same floor. The hotel was very nice, had great live entertainment. Every service staff we met was friendly & professional and I love, Love, LOVED the pool & hot tubs area… it was perfect!

Eu estava a ser pago duas vezes porque o escritório frontal do hotel me conseguiu encontrar reservas, MAS EU disse que não tinha pago ainda, MAS EU pago completamente através Da aplicação trip.com. Atualmente estou à espera de um reembolso não tenho certeza do que aconteceu lá. A não ser que tudo fosse bom e a nossa família gostava disso.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lady at the front Desk was happy to answer any questions we had and made the check process a breeze . We’ll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe checkin was frustrating, we had to wait in line and couldn’t check in because I couldn’t find my license which was no fault of theirs however once we found it we got back in line to check in and was told that the room was not ready so we walk out of line and received a text that the room was ready so we had to go and wait in line agaiin. We requested ground floor close to elevator because of issues. We realize that requests are not guaranteed but 4th floor way down the hall? This was our third stay with no previous issues We will not return to this hotel.
GGuest UserI was able to check in smoothly. The surroundings are very good. The interior of the room is simple and urbanized. It was a very nice hotel.
GGuest UserWhen we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay. My grandson stated, “This is a nice hotel” as we entered the lobby. Crystal was an excellent and accommodating agent at the front desk. The room was clean and hallways were nice even though some were being refurbished.
PPorsche chiangAt 3 AM, there was a knock on my room door. I thought I was dreaming, but when I woke up, the knocking was still going on. Looking through the peephole, I saw two men, one Black and one White. They didn't look like hotel staff or anything like that.
I didn't open the door, and they left.
I was about to go back to sleep when there was another knock, and I even heard the doorknob being turned.
I opened the door, and it was the same two men again. I asked them what they wanted, and they said a few things I couldn't understand before leaving again.
I immediately reported this to Trip.com.
The hotel replied that the guest was looking for something.
What does the guest looking for something have to do with waking someone up in the middle of the night and disturbing their privacy?
Why is it said so casually?
Since the incident, I haven't received a single apology or positive response from the hotel.
KKseniia KoshevaiaWe stayed overnight at this hotel. When I arrived, there was a party in the lobby, and it was very noisy, but despite this, nothing could be heard in the room. The room was very spacious. It had the bare minimum for comfort, and usually, in such hotels, more is expected. The breakfast for $15 is not worth the money. In regular hotels, such breakfast is included in the room rate. I’m unlikely to be willing to return there again.

We were told that our room is checked in by strangers and it is 3am in the evening. We have to share a king bedroom.
No toothbrush/toothpaste before you have a request.
There is no follow-up solution.
