Location: in Waikiki, fine for main tourist area, short walk to beach Room: decent size, has microwave, fridge, etc,. but poor hot water in shower, especially at night. maybe lots of people using, but couldn’t get even 5 seconds of hot water for 5-10 min on multiple nights Noise: not too much street noise, soundproofing between rooms okay, however I believe because of the doors that are used for connecting rooms, could very clearly hear neighbours talk at times Service: pretty friendly staff when needed help, albeit a bit slow Amenities: smaller but nice pool, mandatory resort fee covers things like umbrella and beach chair rental, but the place to get them is a 10-15 walk away. Kind of far away. Wifi fine. Overall, not bad. Obviously can get pricey during peak times.

Unfortunately the fridge didn't work, nor did the TV. The a/c was very noisy and we could hear all the street noise. The staff were very accommodating in trying to rectify the issues. Thankyou to them.

I had a wonderful stay here. Every morning, I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with a view of the lagoon and the ocean — it was absolutely beautiful. The building is a bit dated, but it is undergoing renovations, and even so, the property has five swimming pools, a lagoon, and easy beach access, which I really appreciated. One downside was that I was assigned a room in the Rainbow Tower with a connecting door. The noise from the neighboring room came through very clearly, almost as if it were in my own room, and the soundproofing was poor due to the connecting door. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the main Waikiki area, which felt a little far but still manageable on foot. Overall, I really enjoyed the facilities, the pools, and especially the lagoon.

Great hotel, location is perfect, decorations are trendy, the balcony was a nice touch. The restaurant connected to the hotel has delicious food with good prices at happy hour.

立地は、最高です。建物は、古いです。ベッドメイキングも日々入らないので、チップの煩わしさはないです。タオル系は、3階の取り替えてくれるところに行けばすぐに取り替えてくれます。なので、日々清潔で過ごせます。 プール、ジャグジーともに、こじんまりしていますが、充分です。子供用プールがあれば最高です。1階にABCストアがありとても便利でした。キッチンにガスコンロはなかったですが、湯沸かしケトルをかりたので、お湯はわかせました。お味噌汁、カップ麺はたべることができました。 総合的にみて、立地が最高なので、良かったです。

酒店位置不錯，離waikiki海灘不遠，周邊餐館便利店豐富，服務員都很nice，衞生狀況良好，還有個小泳池。下面的夜景不是酒店，是酒店附近，移動餐車也是酒店周邊，桌子和鳥是酒店的：）

I specially booked this hotel to watch the fireworks on Friday. The location is really a plus, and it is very close to the fireworks beach. The sea view room has a good view. Outside the window is the yacht dock, and there is the sea in the distance. The night atmosphere is full. Next to it is the Hilton Resort. The surrounding environment is very comfortable. There is also the largest outlet nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

Very clean, great service. The staff are always helpful, smiling and friendly. They give good advice on tourist attractions and local shops to visit. I only ever stay here when I visit Honolulu.

Reservar na recepção foi uma experiência amigável e muito fácil. O quarto era bom, mas tinha mais vista de perto dos arbustos do que vista da cidade. A comida que eu comia era boa, no entanto, o bar costumava estar muito ocupado, com apenas uma pessoa preparando a comida e servindo bebidas. Tentei ser atendido algumas vezes, mas tive que sair e voltei um pouco mais tarde para atendimento. A localização era muito boa para serviços de ônibus e conveniente para caminhar até as praias locais de Waikiki e ao longo da Avenida Kalakaua.

Schönes Hotel im Herzen Honolulus. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber leider war der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Nachbargebäude und es gab keinen Aufzug. Der Check-In dauerte recht lange und der Barkeeper war auch recht mürrisch. Das restliche Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen.
