I had a wonderful stay at Shirahama Terrace Hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the onsen facilities; they were relaxing and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of Japanese and Western options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirahama.

Cama confortável, quarto amplo e limpo. Há áreas comuns, como cozinha compartilhada, na residência. A residência fica ao lado do bloco principal do hotel. É preciso caminhar cerca de 2 minutos para chegar ao bloco principal se você quiser aproveitar as águas termais, brincar na sala de jogos ou trocar toalhas novas. As águas termais são agradáveis, com áreas internas e externas. A externa tem uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. Há sinuca, tênis de mesa e outros jogos na sala de jogos para todos os hóspedes.

We absolutely cannot contain our elation when recalling our recent stay at this remarkable hotel. From the moment we stepped into the elevator adorned with personalized name cards, my husband and I were enveloped in the warm embrace of hospitality. The attention to detail and the genuine kindness of the staff made us feel like VIP guests. They also thoughtfully provided a bucket for us to indulge in the glowing enchantment of firecrackers and even tidied the mess up afterwards. But the best memory of our stay here was definitely the culinary experience given by the chef extraordinaire — Master Chef Matsuki. His creations were nothing short of a gastronomic revelation. Each dish was a testament to his unwavering dedication and profound respect for the ingredients. Oh, the flavors — titillating all our taste buds in every bite. And the generosity of Chef Matsuki in sharing his culinary wisdom, guiding us on how to savor each morsel, elevated the entire dining experience to sheer perfection. The language barrier was no obstacle to the remarkable team of staff members who graced us with their presence. Their command of the English language was commendable, and even those who were not entirely fluent went above and beyond to cater to our every whim and need. Their genuine desire to assist us was palpable, leaving us feeling truly valued and cared for. I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. This hotel has set the bar impossibly high, redefining the meaning of hospitality and creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. So if you seek a hotel experience that transcends mere accommodation and transforms into a symphony of opulence, impeccable service, and culinary artistry, then look no further. Grateful for the nice and helpful lady at the reception. Facilities are great (Onsen of course), a decent room to stay in and they even offer you amenities to enjoy tea there. Also, thankful to the hotel that offered me a ride to the train station so that I don't have to worry about getting on a bus with my heavy luggage. Thank you for such a pleasant hotel experience you have offered me, hotel staff team!

A private hot spring bath is superb in the room for relaxation. Friendly front desk reception staff Victor is helpful.

Tivemos três noites de estadia Na Frente do Mar.Caminhar Cerca de Dez minutos para a estação de trem Ao Longo Da caminhada coberta.Além disso, muitos restaurantes caçam comida. O hotel oferece pequeno-almoço simples que é conveniente para a nossa viagem para a pista Kumano Kodo e a cadeia de Nachisan. Muito perto de um Grande BADE de pé e um Grande Mercado de Peixe de manhã. Perto Da estação ferroviária, há muitos autocarros para a Bacia de Nachisan e a Cidade de Shingu, UMA Cidade de pesca pacifica.

I stay 2 night here. Service is excellence as always. Do check in before heading to Port and ask where is the place. Got lounge and timing for ship to bring you to the hotel. There is also shuttle bus bring u to train or bus station from the port so do request for it

A clean and relatively modern hotel sitting on top of a hill with a spectacular view of the harbour. There is an indoor/outdoor onsen on the ground floor and free alcohol and snacks from 3 to 5 pm every afternoon! Great value for money, and a great place to relax and ease back into civilisation if you’ve just come out of the mountains after doing the Kumano Kodo.

A primeira noite não chegou, a segunda noite finalmente voltou. A posição é Muito boa. É Muito BOM encontrar. Está perto do Turismo. Ao Lado Da estação de ônibus. O primeiro autocarro Da manhã Pode IR para a Antiga Estrada do deserto. Embora a sala seja pequena, MAS tudo está tudo. A irmã Da recepção é Muito entusiasmada e educada!

The best resort I stayed in Japan, spacial thank you to the stuff at the front desk who had been super kind and helpful. The hot spring which overlooks the ocean is stunning, highly recommended!
