This hotel is located in a walkable distance to metro stations, and shopping mall. The facility is nice with view of racecourse, top floor swimming pool, and fitness gym. I have a nice stay and experience from checkin through checkout.

Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality. However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides. I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. Ótima localização, equipe incrível. Os quartos são extremamente espaçosos. O café da manhã também é incrível. Pontos a melhorar: há uma tábua de passar roupa, porém nenhuma das tomadas do quarto suporta a tomada do ferro de passar.

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

The hotel was at good location The room as was expected. It was well organized, well maintained and specious . The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, few things expected from the hotel that charge so much, like shower cabinet was not clean , mirror had spots, overall cleaning looked compromised. Hair dryer is missing , and the one provided was loose wires and missing switch . The breakfast is cold , if you dont go early . It is not kept warm after it is cooked.

Hotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

Não estão dispostos a ajudar, fornecem informações erradas e nunca se arrependem dos seus erros. Eles deveriam aprender com o pessoal da cozinha, da limpeza e do concierge a serem hospitaleiros. Desde o check-in até a saída, todos os dias tive problemas com a equipe da recepção, que era mal-humorada. Eles são muito bons em resolver problemas. O Amin, da recepção, foi gentil e resolveu os problemas sem problemas, mas não adiantaria se ele fosse o único. Espero que a gerência possa tomar medidas, enviando-os para treinamentos.
