We had a fairly nice stay. It was all ok but the cleanliness standard was very low even after raising it which was very disappointing for such a prominent brand of hotel. Service was good with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Plumbing issues in the bathroom due to low maintenance- no silence on tap, loose shower door, poor flush. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and freshly cooked

Everything is perfect in this hotel. We love it so much, a highlight of our short trip to Nottingham. We were welcomed by the loveliest front desk member, Lucia, and she helped us set up everything for the room. She also informed us about the ECO scheme of the hotel which we got £10 coupon of this hotel. The hotel is *extremely quiet!!*, have *water complimentary* , have *apples complimentary*. Just a word regarding the aircon, it will automatically turn to heat mode if the room is too cold. Other than that, everything is awesome.

Tinha tudo que precisava e queria. Tinha um quarto que olhou para o parque de carros que estava muito quieto. Vou ficar aqui novamente.A distância de caminhão (19min) para o centro de West Bridgeford, fácil caminhar para tram e parar de ônibus fora do hotel.

O hotel está Muito confortável e está a estacionar apenas Cinco libras por dia.O menu do pequeno-almoço é Muito bom e oferece tudo o que você gostaria de fazer no pequeno-almoço. A sala de fitness está disponível e o bar também está disponível.O pessoal é amigável e rápido.

An upmarket dorm near the station. Scrupulously modern, but still retains some personality. Staff fabulous. Nice dining room and a typical brekkie. A bit of a schlep up hill to the city centre for those less mobile guests, but a good choice for a stay in Nottingham for most.

We had booked 2 nights here as my friend was having her wedding reception here. The Mour website, trip.com and other booking platforms state they have toiletries available. However, only shower gel was provided. I asked at the reception and the man had an attitude like he didn't care, I explained it was stated on their website, he wasn't bothered. I would have brought it myself but it stated it was provided. The room was nice, big and comfortable. The tiny hanging space hidden behind the bed, the kettle hidden the other side, with a tray covered in stains and spills and cups containing white powder. Far from clean. The price did not reflect the quality here at all and I felt rather embarrassed for my friend as a lot of us stayed here for the wedding. I wouldn't waste my money staying here again.

Swift and prompt check in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is very spacious and ergonomically comfortable. The location is superb right in the center of the city center where all the activities and attractions are.

In general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep. When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic. Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged. Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.
