Facilities is good as it has swimming pool sauna and steam. It’s also has Jacuzzi and gym room.  besides swimming pool, most of this is only allow for age above 16.  For the  breakfast,  if they can provide more vegetable salad it will be better.

Quarto muito espaçoso e limpo. A equipe do concierge nos recebeu com um sorriso, muito recatada e muito atenciosa. O hotel também fornece itens necessários como pasta de dente, pente e lâmina de barbear quando você pede, além de água filtrada em garrafa. O ônibus para o aeroporto passa bem na frente da porta da frente a cada 15 minutos e leva apenas 5 minutos para o aeroporto, esteja ciente de que ele está cheio de pessoas. P/S: O quarto não tem janela e fica bem quente à noite. 10/10 para um hotel de aeroporto.

Everything was fine in till I open the window and the who thing came off meaning the window fall out and I was with my family on the 5th floor and it’s a family room 518 so that was dangerous for my family to be fair so please sort it out asap before someone makes a fat claim

Our room was spotless , a comfy bed and a good shower , the pool+ hot room area were really good, but for reference there are 3 (members only) aqua aerobics classes a week which use the whole pool , and whose participants’warm up’ prior to the class -so it’s very busy to the class , there are a great selection of (pre bootable )classes , treatments and a well equipped  gym (all obviously open to  members ) , the meal options are delicious, and the staff are charming

Achei que o rapaz da recepção estava um pouco infeliz, para ser honesto, no entanto, o quarto em si era agradável o suficiente, agradável e limpo, as camas não são tão boas quanto as da pousada Premier, mas estava ok. O banheiro era enorme, que consistia em uma enorme bacia e um enorme chuveiro e um vaso sanitário, todos relativamente novos, eu teria pensado. 10/10 para o banheiro. Realmente não explorou as outras instalações do hotel, a comida era cara, então escolha para comer em outro lugar, você pode caminhar até o centro principal da cidade em 12 minutos. Em suma, o lugar estava acima da média e eu ficaria lá novamente se o preço fosse bom e eu precisasse ficar naquele local.

Ideal location. Welcoming and polite check in from members of staff. Didn't get chance to use resteraunt as we were in a hurry for an O2 Arena event. Room was adequate for stay although shower head wouldn't stay in a fixed position, the toilet sprayed water at you when you flushed and it would have been nice to have a bin near kettle to put used tea bags etc in. Checked around the room before leaving the following morning and found dog toys under the bed so obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived.

I booked a last minute night away with the children: afternoon tea followed by an overnight. The afternoon tea was delicious and I was really well catered for as a vegan diner. The Grand Hall was a beautiful setting for afternoon tea. The children also loved their food - the sandwiches were much simpler for the children and they got seconds based on how delicious they were. Our room was large and had a sofa bed and a cot bed. We enjoyed playing in the grounds including the play area, outdoor chess, boules, the scavenger hunt and the fitness trail. My son also loved playing football in the garden - he was excited that there were goals set up. We had dinner in The Fox Bar and had drinks and played cards in the Grand Hall afterwards. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We were really excited to find newts in the pond. They would love to stay again. I would love to come for an overnight with my partner to experience it differently without the children.

Hotel was clean, food was good. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, both hot and cold food. Beds were comfortable. Staff could of been friendlier

Very welcoming on arrival. Breakfast set up explained and clear instructions on room location. Room was clean although a little chilly when entering. Soon found heating controls and was able to correct this. Bathroom a little tired in places. Plenty of tea /coffee and milk supplied Ironing board and iron along with hair dryer in room Full length mirror with good lighting. Great blackout curtains and very little traffic noise heard. Comfortable bed, will definitely stay again.
