It was fabulous experience to stay here with beautiful view & fast internet m. They have a huge window to enjoy pyramid of you that was absolutely gorgeous and priceless. Rumour is a huge and clean. All staff were really friendly & trying to help. 24 hour convenience store is right next-door so I didn’t feel any inconvenience Not the mini restaurant nearby but very quiet and relaxed atmosphere Still breakfast has magnificent view to the pyramid 

We stayed here for 1 month in August, and now we returned again. Indiana Hotel is a great option for affordable accomodation in Cairo. Located in Dokki, a pleasant area with lots of shops, cafes, pharmacies nearby, and the river nile 2 min walk away with beautiful restaurants. The best thing about the hotel is the spacious, big rooms, comfy beds. Large fridge, TV, lots of seating area in the room, Also they include breakfast which makes it better value, you can expect things like Egyptian bread, fresh salad, falafel, and free coffee or tea. The staff are all friendly, accommodating. If you are looking for basic, clean accomodation it's perfect. located in a nice area of Dokki. Recommend cafe Antakh 2min walk away.

WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming. The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice. Towels are provided at the pool. Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool. It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day. They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday. Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for. The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean. Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel. I can’t wait to go back in January.

There was a birthday letter from the previous guest left in the room, and it seemed like the room had not been cleaned properly. Furthermore, the amenities were minimal. However, the location overlooking the pyramids and the restaurant service were good.

Attention! Never order food at the front desk! I arrived late last night and told the front desk that I wanted to go to the restaurant downstairs to find something to eat. The front desk told me that they could order takeout here and showed me the electronic menu. The price on the menu was 13.0, the decimal point was not clear, and it was not indicated that the charge was 💲. I thought it was Egyptian pounds and ordered it. I spent 13 dollars on the worst meal in Egypt in two weeks. Other aspects, the room was clean, the location was about 10 minutes to the north gate of the pyramid, and the breakfast was not bad.

Very friendly and accommodating. Every single employee we had an encounter with went out of their way to see if everything was good and asked if we needed anything. Nice pool. Little kids club area with foosball table next to the pool. We needed some cough medicine for our son. The front desk called the pharmacy and it was delivered to our hotel in less than an hour and very cheap!

Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe. Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best. Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that. Beside this. 5/5 Don't expect hotel services as this is only a Guesthouse. For a Guesthouse standard I can say this is good..

Beautifully appointed, modern, and convenient boutique hotel in a prime location a stone's throw from the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum, and with sweeping views of the Giza Plateau's Pyramids. Highly recommended for tour groups, vacationing couples, or backpackers with a variety of room styles available, featuring spacious balconies, numerous functional amenities, tasteful design, and breathtaking views of the Great Pyramids. Hotel also features a rooftop restaurant Heightopia overlooking the only surviving wonder of the world, with extensive and impressive food and beverage offerings with a variety to suit all manner of tastes.

However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

Facilities: The facilities are really too old. The toilets at this price are leaking... and it is inconvenient to take a shower standing in the bathtub! The toiletries provided are too limited... Hygiene: Why didn't I encounter any obvious problems? Environment: The environment is not bad. There are staff and working dogs at the door to check the trunk and the entire vehicle, which makes you feel safe. The terrace with a view of the Nile downstairs is beautiful. Service: The service is a bit indifferent. The staff in the lobby don't take the initiative to greet, and the room service is slow to deliver things. If you need it urgently, you might as well go out and buy it yourself... There are welcome fruits, which is okay.

We just spent three nights in the pyramid view family suite, and an additional pyramid view room (with balcony) for our family of 7. The hotel was clean, comfortable, but most importantly, hospitable. The service and level of care shown to our family during our stay was phenomenal. I would specifically like to thank Taha at the reception desk for having boxed breakfasts ready for us this morning for our early check out. That was exceptionally kind of him to do for us without even asking for it! During our stay, we utilized the following services: Laundry, Hotel Restaurant (multiple times 😊), and even room service when we were exhausted from a long day of exploring! I am so grateful for the experience we had at Nozol with the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️

Today we stayed in hotels for the second time :). We were greeted wonderfully and given the same room. Clean and cozy! The staff is very polite and friendly. Managers are professional and competent! The view from the rooftop overlooking the pyramids is amazing! Highly recommend! Thank you!

It was an amazing experience the area so nice and quiet to stay in giza they picked up me from the airport for free , and the place and room was so fantastic and new furniture and comfortable for relaxing, Internet so fast and great , people are very helpful and friendly to make it easy for everything tours , guides, car , shopping, breakfast was very delicious, area very safe to walk and feel free i recommend this Guest House for all and i will back again 😊

The reason to stay is the view. But we booked a standard room without view as would have it during breakfast. Arrived and did not have our room so put is in a room with view Nd then moved us to standard room. The reason to book anywhere for two nights is to relax. I said no to upgrade that's how I found out they did not have my room. I wanted to Unpack a little and have stuff out. Not have to pack up before being picked up on tour. Sales pitch expected as poor area. Breakfast was way too much, very tasty Roof views are great and across the road from entry gate to pyramid. Area is very poor, motel sent a footman with me to teller and back so would be safe.this was great help to me but gives you an indication of the area. You have to stay this close of U want to look out and see the pyramid so close. Overalls I don't think a bad stay, bed sheets clean, staff nice although push for review, but after seeing the area these people need tourist work to survive.

Right in front of the pyramid ticket office. The pyramids are visible up close from the room, and you can enjoy the view of the pyramids from the rooftop at any time. The staff are friendly and quick to respond. Breakfast was a bit disappointing

It is a recently built hotel, and payment is made at the time of stay. The view is the best, and the hotel itself is very clean. It's all completely new. It is located right next to the ticket office to enter the Giza Pyramids. Many Koreans don't seem to know, but you can take pictures of the three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. Breakfast is not a buffet, but is simply eaten on the terrace. The room is clean, but the view from the room is closed. However, for this price, this level of cleanliness and view is quite reasonable.

Exceptional service, very comfy bed, views to die for. I found this hotel on ”booking” just before I was about to book somewhere else. I am SO glad I found it. It's brand new. Run by lovely people. I travel alot. The service was better and more personal than most 5 star places I've stayed at. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The rooftop offered fantastic Egyptian breakfast cooked to order, none of this buffet stuff. And we enjoyed a simple but delicious evening meal with a free view of the Pyramids Nightime Light Show. One of the owners is also a tour guide operator and the private tours we organised with her, were just fabulous. These guys deserve to do really well. Also felt very sage in their hands. 100% recommend.

Stayed for one night from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023. It took about 40 to 50 minutes by Uber from Cairo International Airport and cost about 200 EGP. It faces the main street, and if you look up a little you will see the hotel sign written in Japanese and English. When you open the entrance, you'll find a temple-like hallway that leads to the elevator, and I'm sure you'll notice a sign that says ``Welcome to Hassan'' in Japanese, which makes me feel at ease with the Japanese language overseas. When you arrive at the reception on the 3rd floor by elevator, you will find a newly renovated and modern interior. (When I stayed there, it had only been open for about six months.) The owner, Mohammed Hassan, is very fluent in Japanese and has worked as a tourist guide for Japanese people since 2005. Then, we checked in immediately and were given a tour of the room and an explanation of each area. The lobby, toilets, bathtub, rooftop, and rooms were all kept clean, and security measures were in place. We could see the impressive pyramids from our room, and it was a wonderful room. Also, since it was made to specifications for Japanese people, consideration was given to various aspects such as soundproofing, a large bathtub, and a spare tank for hot water shortages. You can see an even more impressive view of the pyramids from the rooftop, and the number of rooms is thought to be for several to dozens of groups, so you can enjoy the view to your heart's content without being disturbed. Breakfast was simple with bread, *grilled food, cheese, and ham, but I thought it was a good choice not to eat raw vegetables in Egypt, as they can cause stomach upset. On the day of check-in, I had developed diarrhea and chills, probably due to the raw vegetables I had eaten at the hotel in Luxor the day before, so I consulted the owner, who recommended me some medicine, and he arranged for me to heal by the next morning. I was able to. As mentioned above, I had an upset stomach, so being able to warm up in the bathtub was the best part. The owner is still working as a tourist guide, so we asked him to guide us the next day to the Giza Pyramids and the main tourist spots in Cairo, making for a very comprehensive tour. I went sightseeing on my first day in Egypt, such as Luxor, and had a difficult time, but this tour made me realize that having a guide is the best option when in Egypt. In addition to the owner, there is another staff member who can speak Japanese, so we highly recommend staying here when sightseeing in Egypt. It was a good stay. Don't be fooled by the dilapidated lobby and the small elevator. The room was very clean, our couple took two children and lived very well. All service staff are very enthusiastic. Similar to domestic hotel-style apartments, the price is close to the people, the supermarket downstairs is very convenient to get some food. You can see the pyramids on the rooftop. It's a bit cold at night during the Chinese New Year, so be sure to bring a windbreaker or a slightly thicker dress. But it's hot during the day. Hygienic: very clean Facilities: Room facilities are average but very clean. The lobby and elevator are too old like scenes in ghost movies. Environment: Really enter the hotel, the view of the rooftop is very good, there will be a power outage. Service: Every waiter is very warm and kind.

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

Such a beautiful hotel with incredibly kind staff who are more than willing to accommodate and provide whatever is needed. The hotel is very safe with high level security, and a great location with short driving distance to the Nile. The interior of the hotel was gorgeous, and felt very luxurious; we also very much enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. The rooms are spacious and clean, our room had a gorgeous view of the Nile. The breakfast was hands down the best breakfast I ate in Egypt, they had a large spread with the perfect selection. The staff brought us water bottles daily and allowed us to store our luggage in a safe room while we traveled to Luxor and Hurghada. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and team, you could not go wrong booking with them!

Stayed 3 nights and the rooms were comfortable and the service was exceptional. I usually don't write reviews, but this property deserves it. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating to ensure their guests were comfortable. Omar A\Azem deserves extra recognition. He works in the main restaurant and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were well served every day. We left our cell phone at the table after a meal and he was so courteous to run after us as we were entering the elevator to return it. Thank you Omar for your exceptional service. The Sheraton Cairo is successful because of employees like you.

PROS: Fantastic customer service! Eage to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was excellent! It comprised a hot and cold buffet. Well organised too with assistants coming round to top up hot drinks. Reasonably clean rooms although outdated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is also clean with hot running water, particularly in the winter! CONS: Once reaching our floor, it was disheartening seeing the difference in appearance and the level of standard compared to what the lobby looked liked. Also finding our room was like setting onto a maze to begin with but we soon got used to it. We were put on a non-smoking floor but the smell of cigarettes was very strong. The bedroom was outdated and in need of renovation in terms of carpet and decor and furniture (although the bed was probably the most comfortable bed ever). Again we became used to the dip in standards. Overall would stay at the Safir again as the pros outweigh the cons.

Want a big bed room is gone. . But the room was clean and the front desk was good. It is very convenient to go to the Nile for 10 minutes. You can see the city on the terrace. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The location is good.
