The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped and super clean. The hot water supply is ample, and the internet speed is fast – honestly, it's just as good as any chain hotel. While they don't have dining facilities, Pingjiang Road is just a left turn outside, offering tons of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service is incredibly attentive, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. Plus, the hotel itself is so photogenic, every corner is perfect for a snap. Definitely a full five-star rating!

Letter of Commendation Last month, from December 16-17, I mistakenly booked an Executive King Room at Suning International Hotel. The first night, costing over 800 yuan, was forfeited because I arrived too late. I thought I would have to bear the loss myself, but customer service representative Amy proactively called me and helped me apply for a 14-day extension. As the new deadline approached, I found there were no rooms available due to a holiday, so she extended it again for me, following up patiently and cheerfully from afar. Her meticulousness and professionalism truly embody ”customer first” in every interaction. I am grateful to Suning for fostering such a warm team, and I wish Amy a prosperous New Year. I have already rebooked and can check in with peace of mind. I also wish to share this trust with every traveler. Suning is made warm by you, and travel is made beautiful by you.

Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). Services is good, fresh food, coffee can be delivered to your table.

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

Booked this hotel for my trip to Suzhou and was absolutely blown away – definitely a full five stars! The hygiene was impeccable; I couldn't find a single fault. The bedding, bathroom facilities were spotless, no dust in the corners, and even the water glasses were sparkling clean. As someone who pays attention to details, I was extremely satisfied. Service was outstanding. The front desk staff and housekeeping aunties were incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay. Check-in was fast, they proactively upgraded our room, introduced the hotel's features, and even gave us tips for exploring the local area. When we requested water at night, it was delivered quickly, and their attitude was gentle and attentive. The 6th-floor balcony beautifully blends Suzhou garden aesthetics with modern design, creating a fantastic ambiance – perfect for couples taking photos. In the room, pressing 'I want to sleep' turned everything off instantly, letting me fall asleep in a second. I even asked for the brand of their mattress because it was so comfortable! The hairdryer was also excellent; I ended up buying one directly from the front desk. Overall, my stay was incredibly fulfilling. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou!

I travel a lot these days, but this was my first time staying at a Manxin Hotel, and I was so pleasantly surprised by the Manxin Hotel in Nanjing's Confucius Temple area. The decor is very minimalist, clean, bright, and has a strong modern vibe with warm color schemes. The in-room facilities are advanced and convenient. What's even better is its proximity to Nanjing's core scenic spots; the Confucius Temple is within walking distance. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were warm, attentive, and polite, making me feel truly welcome. I'll definitely choose Manxin again next time I'm in Nanjing.

The Crowne Plaza Suzhou is ideally located on the west bank of Jinji Lake, south of Modern Avenue, just across the street from landmarks like the Gate of the Orient and Suzhou Center Plaza, and right next to the Musical Fountain Square. Its unique cruise ship design is a real eye-catcher. From the east bank of Jinji Lake, you can see the 'Big Underpants' (Gate of the Orient) and the 'cruise ship' (Crowne Plaza) in the same frame, especially dazzling at night with all the lights. The hotel's service truly reflects the high standards of the IHG group: The night before check-in, a hotel representative called to confirm our reservation. Upon learning that our party included two seniors and one child, they specially noted our requests for early check-in and a twin room at the front desk and tried their best to accommodate them. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Room, which was very spacious. The two single beds, in particular, were wide enough for one adult and one child to comfortably share a bed without feeling cramped. The service throughout our stay was incredibly warm and attentive. The bellhop proactively helped with our luggage, and after checking in, the front desk staff kindly escorted us to the elevators. Learning that we had a boy with us, they even arranged for housekeeping to deliver a pair of children's slippers. The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight. The dining environment at Saint Saloon Western Restaurant was very bright and comfortable, and we were even able to sit at the 'bow' of the ship, enjoying the beautiful views of Jinji Lake while we ate. Guests also enjoy complimentary parking. After registering our license plate number at the front desk, driving in and out of the hotel multiple times was very smooth. Whether for a family vacation or a business trip to Suzhou, the Crowne Plaza Suzhou is an excellent choice.

The location is incredibly convenient. You can walk to Slender West Lake, it's just across a bridge, and other famous attractions aren't far either. There are all sorts of dining options, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby. If you come by car, the hotel even offers valet parking, which is a great touch!

This trip to Nanjing, I chose Atour, a hotel chain I've been eyeing in various cities. However, my experience at the Nanjing branch was a bit less impressive than in other cities. The hotel's location is quite central, less than a 10-minute walk from the subway station. Although the lobby faces a main intersection, it feels like the layout of the dining and front desk areas wasn't very well-planned initially. They ended up abandoning the prime corner entrance and opened a new one on a side street instead. Since the hotel probably opened in 2021, it feels a bit older compared to Atour branches that opened in 2024 or 2025 in other cities. The ventilation system also seemed to have a slight issue. I'm quite particular about bedding, and my preferred memory foam pillow isn't standard in the rooms. If you need one, be sure to request it early, or they might run out quickly… However, I found the standard low pillow in the room to be quite comfortable and acceptable. The mattress here is a bit on the soft side, which might be something to consider if you have back issues… Of course, the standard room amenities like separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, Laifen or Dyson hair dryers (depending on the room type), bathrobes, and capsule coffee machines are all still provided, and the water pressure is strong with stable water temperature… These aspects were quite satisfactory. The hotel's basic washer-dryer machines are sufficient, and their availability is displayed on the TV. Still, I recommend heading there a bit early to wait, or you might find them all in use… The gym equipment, possibly due to space constraints, is located with the laundry room, and there are a bit fewer machines than ideal. I must commend the hotel's service. Initially, I had a slight issue with the room I was assigned, but after communicating, it was resolved smoothly! Among the Atour hotels I've stayed at, the breakfast here had a rather average taste, though the variety of dishes was quite rich. If you can redeem points for it, it's fine, but I wouldn't really recommend paying for it… I hope this branch improves and gets better in the future!

I've stayed at InterContinental Nanjing quite a few times now, so I consider myself a regular. This time, I want to share my thoughts. The hotel's style is quite different from the InterContinentals in Hangzhou. Nanjing's architectural vibe leans towards old money, giving off a very opulent and luxurious feel. And it's a tall building, which I love since I enjoy staying in high-floor rooms. Looking out over Nanjing from the 65th floor is truly amazing! Plus, the natural light is fantastic; the gentle sunshine really brightens your mood. I really need to commend the hotel's service. My butler, Alice, was incredibly attentive. She proactively asked if I needed room cleaning and how I slept. When I requested some items, Alice was super quick to deliver, and she wasn't stiff or formal like some other hotel butlers – she was very approachable. The doorman at the entrance was also great, kindly asking if I needed help with my luggage to my room and actively opening and closing the car door when I arrived. My only minor complaint is that the hotel pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. I prefer a firmer pillow, so I woke up with a stiff neck this morning. But that's really my fault, as I only realized while packing this morning that the hotel offers a pillow menu. Overall, InterContinental Nanjing maintains a very high standard. Even though it's been open for a while, its quality easily rivals other five-star luxury hotels. I hope the hotel continues its efforts to make guests like us feel right at home.
