The hotel is very beautiful, its location with a beautiful view of the lake, views that have all the rooms and restaurant of the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and I was very helpful. Our large, comfortable room and bathroom with balcony looking at the lake, first-level bed linen, perfect air conditioning, no noise, with repos of amenities, generally an unforgettable stay.
If I had to comment on something negative, I think the prices of the restaurant's letter are somewhat high, just that.
And finally, a suggestion would improve the illumination of the cartel with the name of the hotel that in the night doesn't look very well.

The hotel is poorly maintained, the pools are not well painted, there are spots that need paint. There is a heated pool that is in a building where the roof was removed, it looks sad. The service at the restaurant is bad because they have few waiters, the breakfast is bad, the avocado is out of a bag, the eggs are like brown, little variety of things. The exterior paint is old. The plastic lounge chairs. We wanted to go to the spa, we went down and they told us that we couldn't go without making an appointment, even though there was no one there, but by far the most precarious place is the heated pool.

What a amazing location and view, environment is green , beautiful hotel , unique design, very clean hotel , nice hospitality . Easy to access to Pucon and Villarrica Recommended for foreigners too .
