It’s 8mins drive up from the hotel to the citadel, the cafe overlooks the river so if you could, request for the facing along the river. We didn’t and I kinda regret that. The side facing the road can be a little noisy at night. The bed and shower is good. There is spare pillow which is standard sized. Towels are also provided but the others such as brush and combs do bring one set yourself. There is also no hot water flask. The reception is kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with attentive staff and the orange juice is freshly squeezed on the spot by a machine. It was too cold to sit alfresco but I would if the weather is a tad warmer. Parking on-site is limited but there are parking around the area free or charged. Just don’t park into the ****** or you would have trouble getting your car mentioned by the reception. Otherwise, another great restful night in a no frills hotel I would recommend. Thank you.

Situated at the base of Citadel, the hotel had free parking space. We booked a king room with a bathtub that included. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the bathroom was insufficient, resulting in a limited flow that made the shower experience uncomfortable. Otherwise the room is spacious, with complimentary coffee machine and coffee capsules, check-in and check-out services are efficient. A good stop-over hotel, I would recommend.

- Howdy. I personally find the receptionist welcomed us, but there is a lack of communication. Already for parking places he doesn't know or guided us for some locations. I wanted to go to your restaurant and he told me he didn't know. We have to question for the pool and breakfast while it's just a little explanation when the client arrives. The receptionist in the morning is very timid if I didn't say hello ??? The place is very clean super breakfast with the young man very professional, well-welcome, polite and See if all the dishes are full. I wish you a very good continuation , knowing that I will advise my knowledge and myself to go home to you . Great little hotel in a small town. There are 3 close by restaurants to choose from. It’s clean and cozy. Our room is downstairs close to the entrance and the rest of the rooms are upstairs (no lift). It is self checkin process which was relatively smooth. The email instructions were all in French, which made it somewhat difficult to follow checkin instructions, but we worked it out quickly.

This hotel is the best and most spacious Ibis hotel I’ve been to. The decor is stylish and chic with well thought out amenities. Nice big room with comfortable beds and views. Breakfast buffet was simple but nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. My family and I are extremely happy with this hotel, I wish I’ve booked here for more than two nights.

My second stay. Quite convenient if we go by car to namur. A lot of furniture interior shop around (unexpected, but nice). 10 min to city center by car. There are a few bus from city with stop in front of hotel, but the frequency is like 1hr or more. Parking is great at the hotel. Room is good, chic and large. The bar is nice.

The Ibis is conveniently located to the center and a bit longer walk from the train station. We were unlucky enough that no internet went, which we only on demand. Otherwise everything was ok and usual Ibis standard.

Très bel établissement d’extérieur, bel établissement d’intérieur, chambre sans extravagance . Nous avons voulu dîner le soir, 4 fois le serveur est passé devant nous sans nous adresser la parole pour nous installer. Nous sommes partis ailleurs. ATTENTION , la taxe de séjour à Namur et de deux euros à peine, 1,25 € d’après Internet, L’Hotel se permet de prendre une taxe sur la taxe de 4 euros par personne au lieu de 1,25€. ILLÉGAL ET ABUSÉ malgré que je leur fasse remarquer. Petit déjeuner correct, mais il ne vaut pas plus de 11 €, donc de 14 € est un peu abusé aussi.
