My mother was staying in a separate room upstairs, she liked it though it was too high for 72-year-old. There was everything for cooking and we all loved her terrace. Room was small but comfy. AC wasn’t working, but staff were kind to fix it (together with the socket). Smell inside was funny, but we had a good sleep no matter what. Cats were attacking her door for couple of times)))

This is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

The hotel is a bit tired. We stayed in an apartment, which was quite large and had everything we needed. We could request dishwasher and washing machine supplies at reception, where the lady working there was very nice—a special thank you! But the furniture, plumbing, and spa area are in serious need of renovation. The breakfasts were okay, but nothing special. The location was important to us; there's probably no better hotel nearby. The spa area has a warm pool, which is nice in November because all the other open ones are either very cold or closed. We drove, and there's underground parking. The hotel is okay, but for the money, we've had better in Turkey. Perhaps after the renovations, it will be better, but we're unlikely to return if we ever return to Bodrum.

Турунч - дорогой курорт, но и здесь можно найти приличное жилье по вашему бюджету)) Es Apartments было самым бюджетным жилье в Турунче на момент бронирования. Мы жили в номере из 2 комнат на самом верхнем этаже. Имейте в виду, что подниматься придется по лестнице - 100 ступенек! Но зато вы получаете балкон и просто шикарный вид на весь Турунч! Особенность отеля - вход в него с пешеходной набережной, поэтому прямо к отелю не подъехать на машине. Чтобы найти отель выбирайте точку Полиция / Жандармерия и от нее по набережной направо метров 30, вход через ресторан Es Apartments. Мы путешествовали на машине, поэтому все вещи мы даже не поднимали в номер)) Также особенность Турунча - вечером (по-моему, с 19.00 до 9.00) улицы перекрываются и становятся пешеходными, поэтому парковаться после поездок по окрестностям приходилось далеко от отеля. Но Турунч совсем небольшой городок, так что это не проблема. Читала, что в этом номере кондиционер только в спальне. Да, вот это проблема!! Нас было трое и снизить температуру во второй комнате невозможно.. В остальном в номере все хорошо, базовый минимум посуды был, мы готовили завтраки в номере, белье и полотенца вполне нормальные. Ресторан, наверное, хороший, но мы там не ели - дорого для нас). Турунч очень приятный поселок, есть набережная, вечером можно прогуляться, море чистое. Мы купались и загорали на диком пляже рядом с Mavi Deniz. Если вы любите гальку и камни, чистое море и поменьше народу, то вам туда) Есть несколько зонтиков, лежаков нет. Еще на машине съездили в Датчу, Aquarium Beach, бухту Амос. Рекомендую ресторан Bondjuk в Турунче, цены 2026г. на фото. Обязательно еще вернемся в Турунч и Es Apartments.

Excellent view, excellent location. You could even have a summer house-style vacation with all your gear. It's currently being renovated, so it will be even better. For the two-room apartments on the lower floor, the facing direction is important; if it faces the backyard, it might be dark.

This hotel is incredibly old and run down. In my room, the walls are scuffed, the toilet door is broken, and one out of three lightbulbs doesn't work. An electrical socket was ripped out and not even patched up. We booked two rooms; the second one was for our friends. Their balcony had two air conditioning units, making their room twice as noisy – a total nightmare at night. While there were long tables in the room, there was no chair, only a plastic one from the balcony. On our balcony, there was a construction bucket to catch water dripping from the AC unit. They didn't provide any bottled water, but we did find some leftover tea bags and sugar from a previous guest hidden in the closet. Honestly, just pay an extra thousand and stay somewhere else. The soundproofing is terrible, and there are huge gaps under the door leading to the hallway. This hotel isn't just old; it's completely trashed and worn out by drunken British tourists.

Very good stay experience! The room is very large, there is a kitchen bathroom inside, there are transparent two balconies, sofas and single and double beds. It is even a bit too big to live alone. It feels very suitable for family vacations. There is a beautiful pool in the yard... The boss is kind, warm and cheerful. The breakfast is home-cooked by himself. The car for the day trip came to pick up in the morning and didn’t have time to eat. She also specially packed it for me. Obviously, I have checked out in the morning. After playing in the afternoon, I will wait for the evening to open a room for temporary rest and washing. Washing, thank you very much 🥺 Even the last evening to Dalaman Airport, the boss drove his own car for 40 or 50 minutes to send it free. I was worried about how to take a taxi or book a shuttle bus. Thank you again. I will book here when I come to Dalian to play in the future!

3 star budget accommodation when you just need a base. It was clean, water was hot, aircon heat was included, kettle for tea/coffee - a nice kitchenette, large balcony, breakfast was a delicious Turkish plate with lots of tea. The location is great - 5 minutes walk to the main *****. The Best Part of the Hotel was the Family - we had a bit of a fisco with our car and they went above and beyond on a Sunday to get it fixed for us - for which we were very grateful. We will return the next time we visit maybe in the summer. Thank you Stone House Hotel for your Hospitality and assistance to us.

Location is perfect, close to marina, shops, bar street, I was there for the boat show so it was very convenient. It’s a very loud place to stay due to location, bad isolation. Other than that all was good: amazing coffee in the coffee shop which is next to reception, nice selection of breakfast options in hotel’s owned restaurant ( you need to walk 5 min, it’s at marina side). There was always hot water available, complimentary water in the fridge. Probably take ear plugs with you, that might be a solution.

Before coming to Turkey, I hesitated how to book a hotel to stay clean, safe and not pitted? We all book Marriott's ancient architecture hotels in Istanbul because we want its history but there are international brands. But after coming out of Istanbul, there will be no big hotel chains anymore. We decided to rely on Ctrip. In case there is no room for booking, Ctrip may also help us find it. This hotel is an apartment. A few days before arriving, Ctrip will notify us by text message where to pick up the key. After arriving, you can pick up the key at the convenience store downstairs. The room is large, but the wall air conditioner is also enough. Another small kitchen, everything, electric stove, microwave, dishes and tea set. However, this apartment does not serve breakfast. Another exception is the washing machine. Our room is on the third floor and there is no elevator, but we don't dislike it because the scenery before and after the third floor is particularly good. The window in front looks at the port and restaurant, and the holiday houses and monuments in the mountains behind. It is really comfortable to go out to the lively port and city at night. This apartment is really a holiday house that can live for a few more days. Every small Turkish city we went to felt that we could dig and dig again. This experience made us feel that we must take a long time next time and stay in each place for two days.
