I used it at short notice for a live performance at Impact Arena. It was fine as long as I could sleep, so it was good value for money. It was hard to find the location, so the taxi driver called me, which was very helpful. When I got out of the taxi, the manager was there and showed me to the room, which was very helpful. Otherwise I might not have been able to get there. Size: ○, air conditioning: ○, weak shower: △, lighting: dim (scary for a woman alone) ✖️ I wish there was a hair dryer. It was exciting in the sense that I could experience everyday life in Thailand. It's close to the arena, so I'd like to return.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable to sleep, cheap price, soft beds. Have stayed at Bed By Boat many times. Since it hasn't been renovated yet Until now the room looks better. The walkway looks wider, the atmosphere is good, and the decorations are very cute. Plus there's an elevator. The downside is that parking is very little and looks scary. The restaurant is good. When everything is gone, always replenish. The staff spoke well. I would like to deduct 1 star because an employee came to open the room while we were still staying without knocking on the door. There is no eyelid on the cover at all. What it looks like in the picture, it is like that in real life. The counter staff are cute and easy to talk to. Close to 7-Eleven, walk a few steps and you can buy things. It's in a deep alley, so you may have to take a car to get in. Travel to public health about 7-10 minutes (considered close). Prices are moderate. But attached to the wall of the room is a bit thin. I could hear the sound of the next room coming through.

Good accommodation, comfortable, lots of amenities, although the entrance to the building is a bit scary. But everything is very okay. Walking to see a concert at Impact is very easy and comfortable. I've gone to sleep many times. Near 7-Eleven, near Amazon, very easy to find food to eat. If the room is available, you can check in early as well. Very impressed.

Clean rooms, good service staff The air conditioner is cool but the sound of the air conditioner is a little loud. The stairs at the elevator may be a little narrow. The wifi is not very strong. But overall it's good. There is a deposit of 500 baht.

Comfortable accommodation, soft bed, clean room, clean bathroom, strong water, cool air conditioning, free minibar, key card to enter the building. Enter the safe room. But there is a key card deposit of 500. You can get it back immediately. Under the building there is a 7-11 kiosk. If you want to buy more, you can walk to 7-11 at the entrance of the alley. It's not too far. The building has a washing machine + dryer, a water dispenser, and a microwave. Very convenient

The style is to use a vacant room in a condominium where Thai people live. You can experience the feeling of living in Thailand. There is a guard at the entrance of the building and a gate at the entrance of the room. A spacious one-room apartment with a kitchen, a large bed, a refrigerator, a TV table, and a sofa. Everything is there. It's also nice that there are many restaurants where local people eat when you leave the building. It may be selfish of me, but I would be happy if there was a hair dryer. Also, I had to communicate with the manager by phone, but I didn't have the courage to call or understand in Thailand, so I asked the customer center to contact me and tell me the location of the building and how to get into the room. I was able to go there with peace of mind (by email). I wish I could do that communication by email or LINE. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Impact Arena. It's very convenient. I would like to use it again when there is a concert.
