Hotel was close to the busy road, but no street sounds could be heard. The only sound was from the nature in the back. AC was working really well, tv also, big refrigerator with the freezer too. I had to ask for a hair dryer at the reception, but they had everything that we needed. Parking spot under the roof for our motorbike too. Person at the reception was very friendly and nice. Only thing we didn't have good feeling about, was proper cleaning service. Alot of mold in the bathroom and no bed sheets. They just give the thick blanket without any extra sheet also no sheet to put on the matras. It was just matrass cover sort of thing. But no bad smell so far. Windows was pretty dirty too. In our opinion hotel needs some cosmetic renovation and proper cleaning.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. The room is spacious and includes a bath, shower and balcony. You can ask for a mii box if you want to watch Netflix etc. They have three restaurants to choose from. On the 19th floor you will find a well equipped gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a decent size albeit the water a little cold. There are plenty of places to sit by the pool. The breakfast has a good range of food on offer and tastes good.

The room was immaculately clean, the bedding was crisp and comfortable, the fridge had cold drinking water, and the provided wrapped glasses were sparkling. In other words, every care was taken to ensure a comfortable stay. You can feel that kind of consideration even if you don't understand the words. The elevator was also convenient. The location is close to the ruins park, and the local warehouse type supermarket (Hockey Super Mart) is also a few minutes walk away, so you can shop for a wider variety of things than a convenience store. Although it was only one night, it was a stay that made me feel very grateful. thank you very much.

Of all the times we have stayed in Khao Yai, this was the best hotel we have stayed in. It's just a beautiful property with so much space and greenery to it. The staff we fabulous and so helpful every one of them - right from the time we checked in until we checked out. The hotel is well spread out and tucked away in a more far out area (a vehicle is a must); we took a triple bed and it was so spacious with a little pond overlooking our balcony. There are two pools but the one in the main area is gorgeous..there is a gym and many activities for the kids or they can just run around. The theme is books so you will find a lot of books all over the place. The only downside is the breakfast which was disheartening..not.a.very large spread. Else, if we ever go back to Khao yai, I doubt we will chose any other hotel..

The room - bathroom is clean, inexpensive, there is coffee to eat. There is a mirror but no dressing table. Therefore it makes it a little difficult when dressing up A lot of plugs, but the plug for the dryer is far from the mirror. Accommodation in a good location. The employees are polite and friendly. The bedroom and bathroom are reasonable for the price. Convenient to have a TV and refrigerator. But if the air conditioner is cooler, it will be very good. Overall, it's considered okay.

Very clean well built small apartment block. Extras you would not expect in this basic level of accommodation such as safe, tea making equipment. The owner has gone the extra distance to make it as comfortable as possible. Although I am never too keen on lime green sheets and a grey duvet, but admittedly they were clean. Bed appeared to have soft springs sticking up if knelt upon but in fairness I slept like a log. It’s a long way from the centre of Korat. One needs a car. On site parking is good. It is given a 5* rating and commented on as “exceptional” on the booking site I used which made my mind up to stay. However, this is totally misleading. It’s good but nothing special, and for me it was too far from the centre.
