"Initially, I was checked into an apartment at a different address because the one at Deputatskaya, 87/4 was occupied. But literally half an hour later, it became available, and oh, miracle! I was lucky enough to move in there. I immediately loved the interior, the comfortable bed, the nice kitchen area, and the clean bathroom. The two windows on one side provide great light, and there's a beautiful view from the balcony of blue spruces and the Angara River. As a gift, there was a bottle of water and two packets of porridge, plus packaged tea. In the bathroom, there was shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a washing machine – which is great if you need to freshen up your clothes. I was able to get some quality rest after a long journey, for which I am sincerely grateful to the studio owner and the very pleasant Maria, who quickly and meticulously cleaned everything up! If I need to stay in Irkutsk again in the future, I know who to contact now. I highly recommend it; it's great here!"

The Baikal Archi Apt Apart-hotel is located under the very roof of an unusual brick building in the very center of Irkutsk, a five-minute walk from Kirov Square. The almost Gothic geometry of the windows, high ceilings and modern minimalistic design of the rooms give a lot of air and cleanliness to the space. There are numerous cafes and restaurants, shops, as well as city and regional administrations, educational institutions (ISU, Narkhoz and others) within walking distance. Near the hotel there is the beautiful Angara embankment, the majestic buildings of the existing Orthodox churches and the Catholic church (now the concert organ hall), the circus and other architectural gems of Irkutsk. "Archi apt" offers rooms that are equipped with a toilet/shower and smart TVs. There is a common kitchen area with everything you need: a water purification system, a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, all the necessary utensils and always hot water for tea.
