"Absolutely amazing, trust me and book it, you won't regret it! Incredible value for money! The customer service lady even spoke Chinese, and the location is great, right in the city center. We even caught their traditional dance performance in the mall across the street, it seems like a regular show around noon, so you can check it out then. The bed was super comfortable, and thoughtfully, they even provided an iron, a fridge, and even Chinese power outlets! That was a lifesaver if you didn't bring an adapter. The TV worked too, though there was no water in the room, but there's a supermarket downstairs, which is super convenient. And the lady was really, really attentive! Absolutely amazing, a truly happy trip!!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Mapple Home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed — ironing facilities, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, TV, heater, WiFi, plates, bowls, pots, cutlery, glasses, pans, an electric stove, and a very comfortable mattress. The entire area was spotless and well-maintained. Special thanks to the host, Syafini, for being so helpful in answering all my questions and kindly allowing me to check out late at 12 pm. The sea view was absolutely beautiful and truly healing — I could enjoy the calming view of the ocean right from the bed. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended!"

"Honest Review: The duo room is just nice for a family trip. There are both pros and cons. Cons: Mattress condition – The mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. It’s not firm, and you can feel the pocket springs. Air-conditioning issue – The AC in my room (702) was leaking and not cold while in use. We contacted the host, and the owner came the next day to fix it. While I appreciate the help, the cooling was still not satisfactory and clearly needs proper servicing. Parking problem – Parking is a major issue. Even if you try to park outside, there’s almost zero chance because most spots are reserved by restaurants or property owners. The only option is basement parking with hourly charges and no maximum cap. First 2 hours: RM2.50 Subsequent hours: RM1.50 per hour We paid nearly RM17.50 for about 11 hours. If your car doesn’t move, the charges continue until you leave. This is expensive and very inconvenient. 4. This 7th floor due rooms is facing main road building which look nice view, but very noises while during night you may hear the car road noise. Pros: Shower water pressure is great. The pantry is spacious and hygienic. Free access to Netflix on the TV. The host is helpful and willing to assist. Overall: I would rate this place 50/50. If you’re traveling to KK mainly for places like Imago Shopping Mall and not driving your own car, this place is acceptable. However, if you’re driving, I would not recommend staying here due to the parking issues and high cost. That’s all I want to share. Thank you."

"Easy to communicate with the host. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The room price was very reasonable for the location and the number of beds provided. It suited our small family perfectly. The Shore Kota Kinabalu is centrally located, making it easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Parking is not free, but the price was still acceptable for us. As mentioned in many reviews, the elevator issue is quite serious. We avoided using it during peak hours, which helped a lot. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it."

"可以看到海，下面就是碼頭跳島很方便 加雅街也不遠。周邊還有商場，吃飯很方便。樓下無邊泳池水有點混，可能和雨季有關，健身房在頂層，天台看風景很漂亮。"

"This was my first time staying in this unit, and I was a little worried at first because it only had one review. However, after checking in, all my concerns disappeared! This is a newly opened unit, separate from Sigar Homesuites and DecoHome, and it is personally managed by the owner. The self check-in process was very easy, and the owner was polite, responsive, and friendly throughout. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, cozy, and smelled really nice upon arrival. The atmosphere was very relaxing and made us feel comfortable right away. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Don’t hesitate to book just because it’s new and doesn’t have many reviews yet. "Very clean unit with complete amenities. Have a balcony with a nice sea view, and also city view from the living room. There is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube (this is good for kids) 😅. Located in the middle of the city center, all tourist hotspot are within walking distance. Will definitely come back again for the next holiday. 👍👍👍and worth the price."

"The host is super helpful. I checked in and found out there is water problem of the apt so they changed to our new place which bigger apt with 2 bedroom. They provide the new towels, water, tea and coffee everyday. I am more than happy with their service."

"The weather was sunny during our short stay there. The kids enjoyed swimming at the pool. The rooftop seaview was superb. The homestay was studio type but it's fine for small family. Overall it was a relaxing stay at Home Deco homestay. The service also excellent. 👍"
