Apartments em Sabah, Malaysia

Hotel location is close to Gaya Street and convenient. The sunrise view are also pretty But the only downside is no free parking which need to pay by hour rate if park inside the building unless you able to find road side public car park lots to park. But must download Sabah smart parking app to make payment.

Room filtered water has an unpleasant odor. Sutera Avenue lack of management maintenance, parking basement is dirty and dark, corridor amd lift also dirty.

super clean! sangat comfort! so worthy even the car park pun consider murah to pay. would love to stay here lagi. receiptionist nya pun super ramah & detail giving an instruction but if only they can access direct to car park while staying lagi best! (can only access with their card, just bagi pendapat) 🤣 after all, best. view pun okay juga.

Everything else was great, but they only clean the room when you specifically request it. That wasn't too bad, but it was inconvenient not being able to empty the trash myself. Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes or some kind of bugs. They didn't bite me much on my body, but a few bites on my hands and feet got inflamed. Aside from that, I was pleasantly surprised to find a shopping mall and local market within a short walking distance, so I never got bored. The location is excellent.

Excellent stay, definitely worth it! It felt just like home. The room had a fantastic view, and the decor was thoughtfully done. The location is super convenient, close to everything, and getting a taxi is a breeze. The only minor downside is a bit of noise from being in a bustling area, but the apartment thoughtfully provides earplugs, so it's really a non-issue.

This hotel is an excellent guesthouse. The location is superb! It's right next to the Seafood Street, Durian Street, and Gaya Night Market, and less than a 10-minute walk to the island-hopping pier. Major shopping malls are all within walking distance. The hotel room is spacious, bright, and faces the harbor, with the ocean right outside the balcony. The room is huge, a one-bedroom apartment with a very comfortable sofa and a dining table. It basically has all the essential household items you'd have at home. It's incredibly convenient: a washing machine with a dryer, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, water heater, pots, pans, and especially noteworthy is the automatic hot water dispenser with both boiling and warm water settings, which is very handy. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but I found a few things that need clarifying: 1. Hot water: The hot water is excellent, with strong pressure. It's a Haier real-time heater, and both pressure and water temperature are adjustable. Fantastic hot water! Highly recommended! 2. Front desk: Since it's a guesthouse, there isn't a permanent front desk, but customer service will add you on WeChat and answer all your questions in detail, which is very convenient. 3. Elevators: They can be crowded between 10 AM and 12 PM, but otherwise, they're fine. The elevators are very stable and high-speed. 4. Deposit: The deposit is 200, and the room inspection for deposit return is very quick, causing no delays. Overall, this hotel is incredibly convenient! We are very satisfied and highly recommend it!!!

I had a pleasant stay at K Avenue. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.

The place was clean and spacious, offering a beautiful garden view. They even provided a water filter. The entrance door was right by the elevator, and the parking lot was conveniently close by too!

Perfect spot for my transit as usual either comeback from KL or go to KL. Convenient store and various of restaurants nearby are definitely good place for stay. Sorry for the blur photo as I arrive late from KL
