I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and it never disappoints. The rooms are consistently clean, and the bed is very comfortable, making it easy to relax. There’s ample parking available, which is very convenient. The hotel is also family-friendly, with a kids’ room that’s great for children. I especially appreciate that the swimming pool is open until 10pm, giving more flexibility to unwind in the evening. Overall, a reliable and pleasant stay every time.

This time I rented a family-style room at the hotel. It had two bedrooms and two living rooms, making it very spacious. Unlike other hotels, they didn't provide cleaning or bed linen changes for five nights. There was a water dispenser and microwave in the common area. Although there was an elevator, you had to use the stairs to enter the hotel; it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The hotel didn't have a restaurant, so I had to eat breakfast at a nearby food stall, which was quite good. (See photos)

this is my second stay here..will always be my frst choice if i’m in penang..love the hospitality,cleanliness and the strategic place…easy access to the beach and many choices of food nearby..

This hotel is incredibly convenient, with a convenience store on-site and plenty of local eateries and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, with an open view outside. Since it's a serviced apartment, it came equipped with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery, which was perfect for making a simple late-night snack with groceries bought from the supermarket. However, there were a couple of downsides: the water pressure was quite weak, and there was a strange drain smell coming from the bathroom, which definitely needs improvement. The gym and infinity pool are located on the 36th floor. The pool was super clean and the views were absolutely stunning! 👍

All very good, just few need to do some improve 😄😄😄 - bidet no good to use - shower screen only fixed glass, after bath, the floor wet - basin no silicone, the water leaking between basin and wall, floor all wet Will stay again when agian to penang..

My family had a wonderful stay at this homestay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and all essential amenities were provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always available to answer questions or provide local recommendations. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was my third time staying here, and I’m happy to say the property is still very well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the overall stay experience has been consistently pleasant each time I visit. Another great advantage is the location, there are many restaurants and eateries within a short distance from the hotel, making it very convenient to find good food. During this stay, I tried a Japanese restaurant nearby and it was really good. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re staying at Citadines Tanjung Tokong Penang. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

A localização é perfeita, é UMA distância de caminhar para muitas refeições e bares. Não tenho certeza se isso é negativo, MAS a parque de estacionamento é Muito estreita.Você Precisa fazer algumas espirais para o nível 4 e, EM todos OS Pontos Da estrada, EU senti que provavelmente vou descer o carro ao longo do caminho. Mesmo a rotação quando chegar à carrinha é muito estreita.

Centrally located. A new Service apartment located at A McAllister Road. Swimming pool on the top floor was good and scenic, with a nice strong Jacuzzi section. Gym sector was very good. Rooms just nice for three people. Basic cooking facilities available front desk owner responsible for for check-in and check out and validate the parking facility. Any room service problem will need to contact the hotel management in the different number.

I stayed on high floor and was able to enjoy a beautiful city view from the room. The room was well-equipped with convenient facilities such as hangers to hang our towels and an LG brand water dispenser where you can choose the temperature you prefer for drinking. Overall, everything was good and comfortable. The only thing worth mentioning is the parking fee. Every day have to go down lobby redeem the parking but the car park still charges RM9 (we stayed 3d2n), which is something guests may want to take note of.
