"This Space Residency is a new building that hasn't been built long, so it's clean and quiet. The owner is kind and responds quickly. You can also use amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, karaoke, and dance room on the 12th floor. KSL City Mall and many food courts are nearby, you can easily find shops, beauty, and spas around this building. However, CNY is approaching, so the sound of fireworks is often heard from morning until late at night. If you stay at this accommodation during a major holiday, you should be able to tolerate this kind of noise."

"Foi fácil e direto, com instruções sobre como fazer o check-in e o check-out. A limpeza da unidade era consideravelmente limpa, embora houvesse um pouco de poeira no chão, o que eu acho que eles poderiam ter entrado pela fresta inferior da porta principal. A casa de família tem todas as comodidades que poderíamos desejar. O supermercado Aeon, a farmácia e os restaurantes ficam a poucos passos da casa de família, muito conveniente para nos locomovermos. O nível de segurança da casa de família é muito bom para proteger os residentes, impedir o acesso não autorizado e garantir um ambiente de vida seguro. Podemos ver os seguranças patrulhando todas as áreas, com atenção e medidas de segurança. Isso nos faz sentir mais seguros durante a nossa estadia. Dou nota 9/10 para a nossa estadia, menos 1 ponto foi por causa do pequeno desgaste, como uma placa lascada, porta de correr com fechadura quebrada na varanda e papel de parede descascando. 8/10 para as comodidades do condomínio, menos 2 pontos foi porque na piscina infantil foi encontrado papel higiênico encharcado dentro da piscina e pontas de cigarro na escada da piscina. Acho nojento, anti-higiênico e desconfortável deixar meu filho brincar lá. No geral, tivemos uma estadia agradável e aconchegante lá e voltaremos novamente."

"Convenient location to go eateries and short distance walk to KSL. Plenty of parking space and quiet environment. Located at level 56 and a good view of the neighbourhood. The unit comes with a water purifier/dispenser, so there is no need to buy drinking water when staying there. It also provides a washing machine at the service yard but you will need to bring your own washing powder/detergent. Bring a pair of slippers/hotel slippers along if plan to go service yard for the washing. Feels grainy for the floor in some areas, would be good to have a mop in the unit. Do note that there is no Netflix but you can watch local free channels. Before we check in, we were informed in the morning that there is a fibre maintenance by the building management and the free wifi for the unit ended with no internet connection during the stay. Hopefully the internet service has resumed after the public holiday. 4G & 5G signal for my Hotlink mobile service was intermittently slow when staying in the unit and disconnected at times. Generally, it is a nice unit for family and friends to stay."

"Overall, it was a good and well-equipped place to stay. The amenities were tip-top, with a water dispenser providing free-flow hot and warm water, a big fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery, body wash, shampoo, hairdryer, iron, hanger , hand wash and laundry detergent. The main plus point was the washing machine with dryer function, which was very convenient and the first time I came across this feature in a NestHome unit. The location is good as well. The facilities are on Level 8, and from B2, we could cross the link bridge via Level 8 to RF Mall, which was very convenient. However, the room had a cigarette smell that seemed to come from nowhere. I tried using my own air freshener, but it did not really help. Another issue was the window in the shower area, which could not be closed properly and made me feel a bit insecure when using the bathroom. I have already informed the host about this, and I hope they can look into it and resolve it as soon as possible. Other than these issues, the stay was overall comfortable and the unit was well-equipped."

"Building is still new so do expect to have construction with drilling, hammering sounds as early as 8:30am onwards. Parking is all the way up to Level 8 unlike other providers whereby you can park at a lower level."

"This place is really awesome.. i booked studio unit so clean and spacious..big bathroom..i expected a Seaview but only got cityview ..thats ok but what I got so confused is checking in process.. no prior message in trip.com on how to check in .. so many blocks there ..so confusing ..i message the property from trip.com its replied the is hotel reception 9 am to 9 pm ..but nothing there .. its self check in ..after I call the WhatsApp number then only they send the instructions which is also not so easy to find because there are so many buildings.. its so frustrating to find the parking lot too .. instructions again not so clear .. shd tell the color zone and number on the pillar would have been so easy to find the parking lot instead of just gv the lot number.. but I completely no complain about the unit .. could improve on check in procedure"
