The location is near New Chitose Airport. Outlet rela is near, too. It is easy to understand because it is built in 3 buildings side by side. Check-in is unmanned, so it takes a little time. The front desk is on the 1st floor of C building in ABC building. The parking lot is large and numbered, but there seems to be no problem no matter where you park. The room has a kitchen, washroom, bath, washing machine, and air conditioner, just like an apartment. The high point was that detergent was placed. The minus is that there are no amenities such as toothbrushes and loungewear. I am grateful that my family can stay in the same room (5 people). There is no convenience store within walking distance, but there is a convenience store within 5 minutes by car. I definitely want to use it again when I have business at the airport.

If it's ski season, this must be a very, very, very good ideal place to stay! Opposite the window is the snow track and sports center, and there are even hot air balloons in the morning. There are pots and pans, refrigerators, washing machines, toasters, and coffee machines in the room! The room is big enough and the equipment is very new! And yesterday, the two of us stayed in the entire hotel, and even helped us check in. Before 7 o'clock in the evening, the whole hotel was deserted... But there is no need to worry about safety, there is nothing safer than swiping a card to enter the hotel gate yes~ Although there was a bit of an oolong in the check-in, the overall feeling is very good~ It is much better than staying in a team hotel with a black and white team~ In summer, it is recommended that you choose a room overlooking the entire town of Furano, and in winter, a room facing the snow path is recommended. It is recommended that small partners who travel independently choose.

Location is good - (1) 2 minutes walk from Hirafu Intersection bus stop (2) slightly below 2 minutes to Momiji stop which is one of Hirafu free shuttle bus stop which you can conveniently travel around the area. Room was spacious, cleanliness was tip top and provided with all necessary amenities. Their welcome gift really surprised us. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to the nearest train station was also available. Overall, we did enjoyed our stay 😊

MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. I stayed in a capsule in the dormitory on the 3rd floor of the hotel, where self check-in facilities are located. I believe there are family units or private rooms on other floors of the hotel. + Very good location. Less than 5 minutes walk from nearest subway. Subway journey about 5 minutes from central Odori Station. + Very comfortable beds and good quality linen and pillows. I slept very well during my two nights there. + Very good and clean communal facilities - high quality furniture, spacious bathrooms (a lot better than the price suggests). + Self check-in was easy (apart from the lift, see below). - I booked my accommodation through Trip.com. That meant I did not receive an email from the hotel with the code to activate the lift (or even know that I needed a code!). Thankfully, a lady put in the code for me to take me to the 3rd floor so I could check in, otherwise I would have been stuck with no access to the hotel. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. - There are no cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery or fridge in the kitchen on the 3rd floor where the dormitories are located. I would happily stay here again for the money, now I know the downsides I have written above so that I can plan accordingly.

It was my second stay this year at the Penthouse. Originally the location and facilities were excellent, and there were many disappointing parts in terms of service, but this time the service was considerably improved. There were still some parts that didn't feel like high-end customer service, but it was considerably improved and I was able to stay comfortably and comfortably. I would like you to put more effort into employee training. For most of our guests, a stay at a resort is a memorable time in their lives, so please make sure that all employees are aware of this fact and provide heartfelt service.

The hotel is very good, although I have not seen the service staff, but everything is intimate. It is the best hotel to experience this trip. Highly recommended. In addition, Meijuan is especially worth staying to experience more.

We had a lovely ski holiday staying at One Niseko Towers. Here is what we thought about the hotel. 1) Good access to both Moiwa and Annupuri resorts Moiwa is walking distance away (walk to – ski back) and there are regular free shuttle bus services to Annupuri. I would say it is a little bit far to Hirafu and as someone else said, the shuttle bus to Hirafu gets you in a bit late. We have trouble choosing which of the resorts are our favourite: Moiwa is so quiet it is almost like a private resort while Annupuri has wide sweeping pistes and the adorable Paradise Hut café! 2) Rooms were large and well equipped Four of us stayed in an apartment style room. By Japanese standards it is huge! The beds were comfortable (according to my husband, who is very fussy about mattresses and pillows) and there is a kitchenette for cooking simple dinners. It is a Japanese style kitchen so there is no oven but a good hob and gigantic fridge. Pretty fast Wifi in the rooms too. They will properly clean your room once during a week with daily cleaning being minimal (bed making, towel changes and rubbish removal) though this was not an issue for us as we spent most of the day outdoors. The rooms were quiet too and we were lucky enough to get a 10th floor room with beautiful views over the forests. 3) Onsen baths for soothing the aching muscles The onsen is one of the best features in our family's opinion! Some family members would visit twice a day…. There is a men's and a women's onsen which both have indoor and outdoor baths. It is really nice sitting outside in a hot bath while looking at the snow. I would add that the onsen as well as a lot of the public spaces are decorated in a simple contemporary style. We liked the calming non-fussy stylish look. 4) Good breakfast and Tura We had a package including breakfast. There are choices of Japanese, Western and Chinese breakfast dishes all cooked well. My children would pile their trays high with croissant, miso soup, scrambled egg and fried chicken…? I think I saw reviews commenting on the quality of coffee but we found the espresso on the coffee machine pretty good. It is not artisanal flat white of course but we weren’t in Niseko for the coffee. There are capsule type coffee machines in the rooms too which were very much like nespresso. As someone else said, the Tura restaurant is highly recommended. It is a bit expensive so we only went once during our stay but we very much enjoyed the course menu. The standard of cooking is extremely high. For example, our favourite dishes were crispy pan friend oysters with oyster risotto and grilled Hokkaido pork with a Japanese sauce. When we visited Tura it was empty apart from us. Don’t let this put you off. It will be important to book a table and preferably specify what you will eat in advance so they are ready. The surroundings are relatively quiet, not far from the subway Shiraishi Station, and there are also nearby New Chitose Airport buses passing by, and the traffic is quite convenient, but it is definitely not as good as Sapporo Station and Odori area. Pure self check-in, no front desk staff. The room size is quite large and the facilities are complete. Compared with the hotel, there is one more kitchen, but the air conditioner seems not very good. Although Sapporo is very cool at night, the air conditioner is not just needed. There is a piece of Japanese paper on the window. The general idea is that the window cannot be opened, but the following instructions are not understood. It is recommended that at least one English version be added. The main shortcoming is probably the toilet, which is super easy to block, the bath time is a little longer, and the water comes up. I also hope that the homeowner will pay attention to this problem.

The location of the hotel is about 1 km from JR Sapporo Station. Turn left at JR South Exit and go straight. See the Monterey Hotel and go straight to the front street to see the whole family turn right. The road is diagonally opposite. It is not difficult to find and walk very fast. . The hotel is clean and has a decent size. The only downside for us is the distance to Susukino, which is around 20 minutes walk especially in winter time.

Nice stylish condo-styled hotel with full in room facilities (cooking, washing machines, dryer etc) which is really gd for long stay. Suites are big & spacious, awesomely clean & superd decor. Onsen is decent & gd for a quick dip but a little small if compared to noborebetsu ones. Ski area is outstanding with ample storage for ski gear. Truly ski in/ski out resort if u can ski wel as you can hit the slopes once you're all geared up. For beginner, u hv to carry your ski gear & walk down the slopes or walk indoor cutting thru the connected walkway to the main rusutsu hotel. Conclusion, will love to stay here again & for longer duration...😀

We spent 2 nights here in December to ski for the day at Niseko. The hotel worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults. There was enough room to spread out and socialize as well. We were impressed with the complimentary breakfast served right across the road at the sister hotel. We appreciated the free shuttle run up to the gondolas. We felt the rates were reasonable given that it was high season. The only thing to be aware of, if you don't have a car, it's a long hike up the hill to the bars/restaurants - and trying to navigate the snow/ice with suitcases in tow was quite a comedy show. We would happily stay here again if we were lucky enough to come to Niseko.

Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family ski holiday started with horrors when our luggage did not arrive. Communication with the airline was super difficult and mostly lost in transactions. When arrived at the Vale Niseko and informed Mirko about the incident, he immediately took this matter into his hand. He helped coordinate with the airline and with Yamato. He continued to give us a status update throughout. A lovely hotel staff (thank you) collected our luggage from Yamato's Kutchan office and paid for the fees on our behalf. The fees were later paid out of our credit card which was on file. They did not charge us for the collecting fees at all. Mostly importantly, we did not have to lift a finger and could focus on enjoying our holiday .... thank you Mirko and the Vale Niseko team :) You all gave us a true five-star service and experience. The Vale Niseko is so lucky to have you guys. Thank you again for giving us a wonderful and unforgettable stay at the Vale Niseko. We will not stay anywhere else next time we are there. Rooms: We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with a view of Mt.Yotei. It is super spacious, fully equipped with a fridge, electric hob, oven, toasting machine, dishwasher, laundry/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, fireplace, TV, Yamaha blue-tooth speaker, rice cooker and more!!!! We had breakfast and lunch in our apartment nice every day, which was super convenient. The bathroom is so spacious with an onsen feel. My hubby loves it so much he wants to have one built in our new home :) Nearby activities: Food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stops, shopping Walkability: It is in a prime location, an easy stroll to the most important places; ski rental at Rhythym, food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Ski-in and out ability - Ski-in yes as it is at the bottom of the Family Ace lift. For ski-out, you need to walk up a tiny slope - it does not bother us though. Food & drinks: Vale Bar and Grill is great. We had our dinner there. Food quality and service are great. Noteworthy details: Mr. Corbella, the GM, is the best hotel GM I have ever come across. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world but I have yet to come across someone so dedicated and committed to his job and his clients like Mirko Corbella. The hotel staff are awesome. Every staff we came across during our 6 days of staying was truly exceptional. Public onsen is great! It is spacious, clean, beautiful and not too crowded.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and found it to be very comfortable. The rooms were a good size, especially considering this is Japan (where rooms are typically very small), the beds comfortable and it was great to have a kitchenette and laundry in the apt. Also, location is great - very close to the main drag, to the food trucks and to the free shuttle to get us to/from the main Hirafu lift/gondola. Staff all very friendly and helpful too! However, note that there was just 2 of us. If you were more people, or with kids, then the living room was a little small.

The apartment is modern in style, fully equipped, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, nestled in the beautiful snow scenery of Niseko, and the mountain view of Mount Yangjiao seems to be close at hand. On the main street, there is a shuttle bus to the ski lift in the morning, which is very convenient. Returning to skiing in the evening, taking a walk on the lively streets, a wide variety of restaurants, and delicious street food. Not far from the supermarket, you can make your own breakfast, or you can be next to the warm and beautiful coffee shop.
