I've been fans of Santika Hotel brand for long, and upon knowing that they opens a new hotel in Garut, I'm keen to try it out. As a person who get used to clearer traffic of East Java, accessing this hotel from Bandung proved to quite a struggle as the main road between Bandung and Garut is full of traffic jams, thanks to the presence of factories in the middle of what used to be an idyllic countryside. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the bellboy and receptionist who helped us to check in and settle to our room. The view from our room is truly breathtaking and we marveled the scenic countryside just by lying on our bed. However, there were some added notes in regards to this hotel: - the bathroom floor doesn't seem to be designed to allow the water to go to drainage easily, which resulting in rather dangerous puddles. - whenever I stayed in Santika hotels, I always wanted to eat sausage and potato products during breakfast buffet. I notice that both products were absent in this Garut hotel. There's sausage, but I have to ask them from the cook who prepared the omelette. Overall, I have good impression of staying in the hotel, and keen to return back again.

My husband booked 2 Deluxe City View Room from this hotel, and this is kinda view that I get from my room. I ask them whether rooms they had provide us is the correct City View Room..? and where is the 'City' view..? and they said, that suppose to be the room. And view should can see the parking lot.. Hotel's location is quite far from nearest city. The road to come to this hotel is badly broken and uncomfortable. But this place is quiet and relax.

Positive points: friendly and smiled staff, swimming pool, superbe and what to restore with choice. Negative points: Rooms very poor to restore completely, uncomfortable beds with old mattresses with a back pain when you wake up. Attention to prevent in times when you have almost more power to recharge the meter otherwise you can spend a night in total black without air conditioning and without hot water, I never seen this in a hotel ...

It near roadside very noisy not really convenient to go out or shopping place …but the bed sheet was clean tidy .. the rubbish need to clean by yourself .. maybe for couple or packer more suitable .

It should be updated for the explanation. Only 4 towels were given, even though there were 6 guests Pool ceramics are VERY DANGEROUS because a lot of them are chipped, until I collected 15 pieces of ceramic squares. Very dangerous, please repair and pay attention The floor of the unit is really dusty, dusty, sticky, the color of the feet is pitch black :( Suggestion: Mohin repaired, and paid attention to customer complaints and suggestions in order to move forward.

The room facilities are clean and nice to see the view from the apartment window 👍

The clerk is friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Recommendations for staying. Only unfortunately, the rooms are not cleaned every day but 2 hours once unlike other hotels and the parking lot is not large.

Wanted to swim earlier, it turned out that the pool was being repaired, so I had already prepared until I got to the swimming pool 🤣 For other good facilities, The air conditioner is very cold, the TV has many channels to watch, the stove is on, cooking utensils, pots, forks, plates, glasses are available, a gallon of water is filled, the fridge is cold, the water heater takes a long time to heat up and it has to be filled with the cake so it doesn't waste because the water is It's not warm anymore, the big mattress is enough for a husband and wife with a small child, pillows are also provided, 2 large and small pillows, there is a sofa bed + pillows for just watching, there is a wardrobe + hanger and there is a minimalist balcony where you can dry your clothes too, but it's scary if your clothes fly. The wifi is good but only 1 person can access the cake, the others can't. 1 towel and soap provided. The dispenser can also make coffee, noodles or etc I thought I would be escorted to the room, but I was only given my own key 😅 if there are only 20 rooms in the apartment, it's okay, it's more than 2000. The remote works, it needs to be fixed for the shower hose because it's leaking and the hanger is best installed, the cake is too upright, parking is good, 15k/24 hours for those with an ID card, it's a waste of parking (basement parking) if you use another one, I don't know... But I feel the safest in the basement. For mendang people, it's okay because it's suitable for the price, but if the facilities like the swimming pool are in repair, please let me know... If you want something that's good and close to perfect as you want, it's definitely expensive. Can be tried

It was my second stay in this hotel. There were some facilities that I never found in other hotels like bailer, back scrub cloth and public bath. All staffs were friendly and fast. Very efficient. There was air putifier in my room. They said that there was one in every room even non smoking room. There were also two free coffee facilities on in lobby area and in the club lounge. I prefer in the club lounge in the evening. My room was clean and tidy. It was like an apartment really. There was a washing machine, water dispenser and refrigerator. There was also small ktchen with all cooking equipment. It was good for long stay guest. One minor thing is that there was no room service. There was a Japanese restaurant though. I had breakfast there. I might stay there again when I am in the area.

The place is strategic for those who want to stay for a day or two. Okay, I hope I get a free stay here.
