Of the three hotels I have visited for a week in Crete, this hotel is the most calm, maybe because it is not near the center and young people a little bit.
The room is good, but I was unlucky with the location of the room. My balcony was right above the stairs. I couldn't eat quietly because people were constantly coming out of their rooms or coming in. I lived like a little straight in a street cafe. In general, I didn't have enough privacy, and because of this location of the room I heard everyone who used the stairs. I think those rooms that go out the other side are more quiet. The area of the hotel is beautiful! The Internet and air conditioning are absolutely free, unlike other hotels in Crete. By the way, many hotel owners in Crete do not indicate information on hotel booking sites about paid air conditioning, safe and Internet. Here all these services are free. Bed and pillows are just super, for this separate thanks to the hotel administration. There is even a urine, a dishwashing tool and a kitchen towel, which is rare not only for Crete but also other parts of Greece. Thank you very much for that too!
In general, excellent hotel! I recommend to people who are looking for silence and privacy with nature!

The environment is beautiful, and it's just a few minutes' walk to convenience stores and restaurants.
The hotel is very popular; I couldn't even get a one-hour late checkout. The private pool was a real treat; you could just open the patio door and jump right in.

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest.
I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center.
I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip!
The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

LLeoGoWe spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel. In this hotel we met the most kind, friendly and responsive people of Greece - the hostess of the hotel and her family. We were met very hospitality with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good rest in Crete. Given that we have just left Santorini, the next strike of ferrymen began and we were very excited by the whole situation and confusion.
Great thanks to the hotel owner for her daily joy, good mood and positive.
The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little bit away from the noise itself, i.e. sleep was comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner are quite good, for them separate thanks.
There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit).
The rooms are comfortable, there is everything necessary. The beds are comfortable.
The sea is near, 15 minutes walk.
No regrets have chosen this hotel for a holiday in Crete.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier. Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!

GGuest UserWe booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ***** At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.

In particular, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and gave us handwritten bus routes and bus stop names. The bus stop was not far from the hotel, which was very helpful for us to visit the city (the bus driver did not understand English).

We stayed for a night only, but I could see that there is a small pull whit sunbeds around. The apartments are placed at different levels and there is a very nice view from them.
We had a studio with air conditioner and modern kitchen with normal fridge, so I can assume a family can stay and cook regularly a week or more, if needed.
The best point was the price we paid - especially that we needed it for one night only.
The hospitality of Mr. Manolis is something you need to experience. I was tired when arrived and he immediately brought a bottle of cold water. Another one was there as well in the fridge. Small things that are valued.

AA.BatiukWe had a very pleasant stay at Artemis Apartments. The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants nearby. We loved how close everything was, yet the place feels quiet and peaceful.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful (many thanks to Nikos) -always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Breakfast was good, though fairly simple and similar from day to day. But I suspect this is because it’s off-season.
Some things stood out: the WiFi worked well most of the time, the pool area is lovely and well-maintained, and the value for money is excellent.

City Lion by Semavi is an excellent place to stay in Heraklion! The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisted with everything we needed.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within a 2–3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
Overall, a wonderful experience — great service, amazing location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion!
