Sehr schönes Apartment!
Das Apartment war sauber, modern und gemütlich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, Preis-Leistung passt absolut. Besonders toll: Klimaanlage, Trinkwasser und kleine Snacks (Kuchen, Kekse) sind inklusive – eine wirklich nette Aufmerksamkeit.
Einziges kleines Manko: Zimmer 3 liegt im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Straße/Gehsteig, dadurch hört man etwas mehr von draußen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte es wissen.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Mimo, iż miejsce znajduje się w samym centrum Starego Miasta i wieczorem słychać muzykę dobiegającą z podniosłych barów to jest to idealna lokalizacja, aby zarówno zwiedzić Chanie jak i dojechać do dalszych miejsc. Śniadanie podawane w głównym hotelu ok 100 metrów było wystarczające a obsługa potrafiła załatwić każdą sprawę, począwszy od usterki kranu skończywszy na załatwienie wynajęcia auta z dnia na dzień. Zdecydowanie polecam :)

Очаровательный отель в самом сердце Ретимно. В каждой поездке была в этом городе, но никогда не останавливалась в центре, и не пожалела выбрав эту локацию) Рядом куча кафе для утреннего неспешного кофе, извилистые улочки (не стесняйтесь сворачивать в переулки - там много красоты и почти нет туристов), в 7 минутах ходьбы платная стоянка, почти за сутки я заплатила около 15 евро.
Номер шикарный - обстановка, удобства, есть халаты и тапочки, отличная кровать. Я выбирала по картинке и все оказалось в точности, как на фото) Номер на первом этаже имеет дверь в переулок, от этого немного шумно вечером, но я так нагулялась за день, что без проблем уснула, хотя сплю без беруш. С утра будит колокол на соседней церкви, это пожалуй было единственное неудобство - но подозреваю, что так в любом отеле в центре Ретимно будет))

Muito limpo, espaçoso quarto e vistas maravilhosas do Mar a partir do balcão.
Uma forma fácil de verificar a estação de autocarro e a seguir.
Excelente localização EM Heraklion com espaço para estacionamento.

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest.
I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center.
I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip!
The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier. Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!

GGuest UserWe booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ***** At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.

PPetreIt's family run place, which features everything that you need.
We stayed for a night only, but I could see that there is a small pull whit sunbeds around. The apartments are placed at different levels and there is a very nice view from them.
We had a studio with air conditioner and modern kitchen with normal fridge, so I can assume a family can stay and cook regularly a week or more, if needed.
The best point was the price we paid - especially that we needed it for one night only.
The hospitality of Mr. Manolis is something you need to experience. I was tired when arrived and he immediately brought a bottle of cold water. Another one was there as well in the fridge. Small things that are valued.

AA.BatiukWe had a very pleasant stay at Artemis Apartments. The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants nearby. We loved how close everything was, yet the place feels quiet and peaceful.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful (many thanks to Nikos) -always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Breakfast was good, though fairly simple and similar from day to day. But I suspect this is because it’s off-season.
Some things stood out: the WiFi worked well most of the time, the pool area is lovely and well-maintained, and the value for money is excellent.

City Lion by Semavi is an excellent place to stay in Heraklion! The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisted with everything we needed.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within a 2–3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
Overall, a wonderful experience — great service, amazing location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion!
