Отдыхали вчетвером, помещение большое, есть мини кухня со всеми принадлежностями для приготовления пищи, до подъемника Гудаура (гондольного типа) идти пешком 3 минуты, очень близко. До магазина Спар идти 1 минуту, очень удобное местоположение. К апартаментам предоставлялся шкаф для хранения спорт инвентаря. В помещении апартаментов тепло, имеется несколько радиаторов для обогрева, много электророзеток, стиральная машина. Хозяин передал нам ключ и подготовил апартаменты для нас, всегда был на связи. Нам очень понравилось, обязательно вернемся еще 👍
Из минусов только одно, в апартаментах не хватает обычной раскладной сушилки для белья, поэтому все вещи приходилось сушить на спинках кроватей, стульев, такая мелочь сделала бы пребывание для нас еще комфортнее 😃

Stayed at Luno Cottage for two nights, and it was great! The location is awesome with a nice view, plus you can cook and do laundry, which was super convenient. Just a heads up, make sure to message the host about check-in time. I used WhatsApp, and he met us right on time. Check-in and check-out were really easy. Would definitely recommend!

Очень чисто! Свежие просторные апартаменты, фото соответствуют. Жили с подругой неделю, всё необходимое для проживание было в наличии - посуда, швабры, тряпки, постельно белье, полотенца. Кровать удобная, подушки одеяла и белье с запасом. Расположение удобное - магазин Спар прямо в доме, подъемник в пешей доступности (сноубордистам - по железной лестнице вниз и по дороге вверх чуть пройти в горку, лыжникам лучше по трассе обойти). На первом этаже есть свой шкафчик для хранения лыж/сноубордов с кодовым замком, очень удобно. Балкон не использовали - холодно было, вид оттуда боковой на горы, прямой - на сарай или гараж какой-то. Из минусов - пол холодный, берите тапки, слышимость - если соседи шумные, спать нормально без беруш не получится, ну и стиралки нам не хватило. Еще до помойки идти далековато, чтобы накопившийся мусор выбросить.

Although the checking in process was delayed by quite a while due to the previous guest not leaving on time, the room is perfect for a single traveller or maybe couples.Its only about ten minutes walk to the Bin lift and rentals shops are everywhere, its also right above Spar where you get basically any groceries you need for your stay.

Nice spacious place. Right next to the snow, ski hire places, restaurants. Overlooking another apartment, but anyway, was fine. We had plenty of skiing.

Очень милые апартаменты, радушные неназойливые хозяева, имеется кухня, что позволяет перекусить на месте. Это очень важно, так как мест для питания мало, открываются они поздно, если их ожидать, то часть для для осмотра горных красот будет упущена. Имеется также газовая батарея, нам она очень пригодилась -самое начало сентября, но холод и ливни были такие, что без отопления замёрзли бы, а так вернулся с прогулки мокрым до нитки - есть, где обсушиться и согреться, жар начинает давать сразу после включения. Надо иметь ввиду, что место находится на краю населённого пункта, так что придётся ходить туда от всех мест пешком, для кого-то это трудно. Также вид там очень условный, гору можно увидеть в ясную погоду в кусочке окна, ибо окно выходит во двор и на угол хозяйского дома, зато вход отдельный. В общем, место пригодное для того, чтобы там остановиться, но сама я второй раз бы его не выбрала. Внутри имеется листовка с ценами на экскурсии, они больше тех, что вы получите просто у водителей на площади, там всегда несколько ждут туристов, проблем с доездом там нет даже в труднодоступные места.

GGuest UserMany people recommended the cabin, so I booked it. However, I'd suggest choosing the 'Rooms' option instead, especially if your budget allows and you don't plan on cooking. We had breakfast at the 'Rooms' dining area, which cost over 100 Lari for two.
The view from the window was largely obstructed by the rooftops in front, which was quite disappointing.
There are several cabins in the vicinity; ours was a double cabin equipped with a fridge, an induction cooktop, and a washing machine. These amenities would be great for those who need them, but since we didn't, it felt like we'd made the wrong choice for us.
You'll need to add the host on WeChat prior to arrival, as they won't add you first and don't speak English. We relied heavily on WeChat's excellent translation function. Despite the language barrier, the host was very nice and helpful.

GGuest UserWe were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍
The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃
