"The apartment is very charming and offers a truly breathtaking view. The location is strategic, with easy access to the metro and all essential services, making it ideal for getting around the city without any hassle. That said, with a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding place to stay. First of all, cleanliness needs attention: dust was present on almost every surface. The check-in process is also not very intuitive, especially for international guests. Without the help of a young man at the building entrance, we would not have been able to access the apartment. One particularly disappointing aspect was the check-out management. Although check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, the electricity was cut off at 10:00 AM, leaving us without heating, hot water, and even the possibility of making a simple coffee for an hour. This significantly affected our final impression. Finally, we had to follow up two days later to receive our security deposit, something that could easily be avoided with a more efficient management system. In summary, the apartment has great potential, an excellent location, and a spectacular view, but it needs more attention to operational details. With better organization and care, it could truly reach the next level."
