Every time I come to Changsha, I will book a suite with two bedrooms and one living room in this apartment. It is very convenient to live with friends. The living room is large and has tea sets, so you can drink tea and chat with friends. There are two rooms with separate bathrooms. I have one room for each friend, which is very comfortable. I didn't want to go out at noon, so I went directly to the Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor of the hotel to have a meal. It is worthy of being a five-star hotel and the taste is great. The sixth floor of the hotel is for fitness and swimming. I went for a swim in the afternoon. It was still heated and super comfortable. The highlight of this apartment is that the butler service is very good. The butlers are all super enthusiastic and professional. The butler Xiao Qin can remember my preferences. Later, I read reviews saying that the loft was not clean, so I finally chose it. This kind of hotel really did not disappoint me. Clean and comfortable is the first priority. The location is also good. There are many things to eat. There is a snack street downstairs. Cha Yan is downstairs and the subway is also close. The only drawback is that it is too difficult to wait for the elevator. Fortunately, it is on the 3rd floor and you can just take the stairs.

Wonderful hotel close to the ancient town. Good atmosphere and service was great. The staff is very helpful and will guide you on how to explore the city. The hotel staff even offered to drop us off to the bus station on the day we checked out. Will recommend!

I only had time to write a review after leaving Zhangjiajie. The boss is an enthusiastic sister who can help plan routes and book tickets. The price is cheaper than online. The apartment is very close to Tianmen Mountain. Through the window, you can see the longest cable car in the world to Tianmen Mountain. The apartment is cost-effective, but because it is so close to the airport, when the plane comes, even if the doors and windows are closed, it can be noisy enough to feel like the floor is shaking, which is a bit of a fly in the ointment. There is also Baiyihui Clothing Wholesale Market in Zhangjiajie. You can stop by and have a look after coming down from Tianmen Mountain. Factory direct sales, with many styles and cheap prices. The same piece of clothing with the same quality costs 129 at my place but only 39 here. Depressed, my dad bought several more items on the spot. Don’t worry if you buy too much. You can ask the boss to send it back by courier. Thank you😊Finally, it’s really a pity that I didn’t see many of them on a rainy day, but it doesn’t have a special smell. It’s just not conducive to taking pictures. , it was a worthwhile trip.

Awesome view of the river and close to snack street and some major malls (awesome things to do - animal cafe, time and space photo place, trampoline arena). Longyue mountain is a 20 minute drive away and Orange island is a subway stop away. You have to ask for the room to get cleaned and there’s no actual front desk (need to add a guy on WeChat). Quieter elevator as opposed to the adjacent elevator. WiFi was good in the beginning of the stay but then became unstable. Basically, it is not really a hotel but more a place to have a shower and sleep - which is perfect for the night life that Changsha is famous for (especially because it’s so hot during the day)

It was an outstanding experience. The modern and elegant design of the hotel, combined with its prime location, made my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and offered fantastic views of the city. The amenities, including the fitness center and lounge, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort. A special mention goes to Tiffany, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally helpful. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests truly made a difference and enhanced my experience. I highly recommend Ascott Xiangjiang FFC Changsha to anyone visiting the city!

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!
