Ao planejar minha viagem à antiga cidade de Fenghuang, examinei dezenas de fotos e avaliações, tentando descobrir qual hotel seria mais do que apenas um lugar para ficar, mas sim parte dessa atmosfera mágica. Escolhi este hotel e agora vou contar se ele correspondeu às minhas expectativas. Fizemos o check-in em quatro pessoas e a equipe foi muito educada e, mesmo sendo estrangeiros, nos fizeram sentir bem-vindos. O hotel tinha uma localização conveniente, permitindo-nos explorar tanto as partes mais tranquilas da cidade antiga quanto o centro. Os quartos são muito limpos e aconchegantes, e a vista da varanda é deslumbrante. Se eu voltar a Fenghuang, com certeza me hospedarei neste hotel novamente.

We stayed in one of the Sheraton Yunda suites for our december Christmas trip to Changsha. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable with excellent amenities. Breakfast was well organized with a very good selection of local and western foods. Miss 小秦 provided us with an excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Changsha 😊

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Changsha. The location is incredibly convenient because it’s just a few steps away from the metro exit, which makes getting around the city fast and hassle-free. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout the whole process. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and I loved that I could see the river right from the window. It added a nice, relaxing touch to the stay. One of the best parts was the big projector in the room, perfect for watching TV and unwinding at night. It made the room feel modern and cozy at the same time. Overall, this hotel offered great convenience, comfort, and value. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Changsha!

Instalações: O hotel possui instalações completas e é muito novo. Higiene: Boa higiene, sem insetos. Ambiente: Perto da estação de metrô e do Rio Xiangjiang, conveniente para deslocamentos. Há uma rua de lanches no térreo. A brisa do rio no caminho de volta para o hotel à noite é muito agradável e o ambiente ao redor é muito tranquilo. Serviço: A recepcionista é muito entusiasmada e nos deixou fazer o check-in após a limpeza do quarto. Se houver algum problema, ele será respondido e resolvido imediatamente. Changsha é bem divertido. Preciso ir quando não estiver calor da próxima vez, hahahaha 😄

We stayed here for 2 nights, the apartment is clean and spacious. Location is very convenient, close to metro and plenty of restaurants around. The receptionists are excellent, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again if you come back.

Walking distance to the nearest metro station (~15 mins), convenient with different local eateries close-by. Breakfast was considered acceptable, not really varied but adequate by international standards. The hallway leading to the kids playroom is very dark - I understand the hotel may be energy-saving but it's really dark and considering that it's leading to a children facility, I would propose keeping the lights on.

The decoration is very new, clean and tidy, the room has a washing machine, a refrigerator, a big hair dryer, a TV screen, a Tencent member, a rainy hotel to chase drama, the environment is very good, the river view outside the window is also good, the front desk lady is very nice! The value is super affordable and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is directly on the first floor of the subway station. It rains and you can go shopping at the IFC underground shopping mall without leaving home! Recommended recommended recommended!

這已經是我第三次入住這家酒店了，體驗依舊很棒！果然第一次的好印象不是偶然。房間依然打掃得非常乾淨，設施維護得也很好。最讓人印象深刻的是服務，從前台到客房服務人員，態度都很親切，讓人感覺很舒服。位置也很方便，周邊吃喝玩樂都有。如果非要提點小建議，希望早餐的種類能再稍微豐富一點點就更完美了。不過總體來説，性價比真的很高，下次有機會還會考慮再來！

房間乾淨整潔，位置特別好，離坡子街黃興步行街 五一廣場都很近，步行幾分鐘的距離； 這家酒店對寵物非常友好，老闆自己也有小狗，開的酒店也給帶寵物出行的朋友們提供一個住所，非常暖心； 我帶着一衹半歲金毛狗入住老闆非常熱情和小狗打招呼；酒店下面停車也很方便，停車費酒店還給承擔一半 酒店樓下的步行街繁華很多24小時，入住的時候已經半夜了下去吃碗粉非常爽； 後面葯王街的筒子粉小老闆也很愛狗，得知我要給小狗打包米粉特意給加了倍
