"The front desk service was great! 😄 I had a really pleasant stay for a few days. They have a microwave at the front desk, which was super convenient for heating up food. The cleanliness was also good. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one is particularly excellent. The cleaning staff were very meticulous, and there's a security guard at the entrance, so safety is well-managed. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I'll definitely stay here again. It's truly a great place!"

With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!"

"Ao redor: primeiro, não penses nisso. O hotel não cobre taxas de estacionamento, precisa de 30 yuan por dia. Experiência de Vida: a habitação do hotel, descanso não é o Mais importante?Este hotel não TEM um SOM isolado, Nunca VIU tão mau Durante muitos anos!!!! No início Das onze Da noite, o Ao Lado não Sabia o que estava fazendo Na festa. O barulho, o grito e o riso continuavam, e não terminou até às três Da manhã. Não há respostas toleráveis para ligar para a recepção, não há nenhuma solução. Não Pode dormir a Noite inteira. Até a voz de um dragão de água aceso Pode ouvir, a experiência é extremamente má. Instalações: UMA lavagem de água Quente é suficiente para Manter UMA Pessoa lavada, e a segunda Pessoa lava-se por 15 minutos. Higiene: o sabor após o quarto é Muito grande. A recepção diz que o sabor após a limpeza é Muito grande e o sabor é esparcido um dia.O dia seguinte, depois de limpar, o sabor é Muito grande e um sabor de sabor."

"The room was so clean, the view just waouh 😍, the service : perfect the staff were kind and Fulfilling all my needs. Party’s also are allowed, just do not make a lot of noise. I think I’ll go back there soon. In any case, I give them a score of 4/5 Because it's a little expensive for not offering food even not breakfast otherwise I would have given a score of 5/5. I was not desappinted"

"The suits are spacious, clean, very well equipped, and with a great view. We enjoyed the stay very much! English communication was possible via Wechat and they were very helpful, especially when we forgot something and then were so kind to send it to our next hotel. All in all, would recommend staying there!"

"Arrived in Wuhan around 6 AM—tired with a one-year-old baby. Check-in time was 2 PM, but we got instantly approved for early check-in when they saw we were traveling with a baby. They took just 10 minutes to set up the baby crib for us. The room was already clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. The location is great—situated on the 7th floor of a mall, making it super convenient to access food and markets. Will definitely book here again when we visit family and friends in Wuhan!"

"This apartment is for *** ***** Stand. Even tho it’s pretty big and have a kitchen it’s Not good for business travelers, or families, or friends. Kitchen didn’t have any kitchenware, the administrator (which was good, he tried his best it seems) gave us his own dishes and pan (we were thankful at least for this, but generally it shouldn’t be like this). There is laundry but no iron, mind that. Generally, experience was 3/5. Was pretty hard to find the place in that area."
