Squat toilets are in the rooms without balconies, which I discovered when I moved from the balcony room. The shower and bed are also much lower quality for not much or a price difference, so I recommend the balcony room. The bathroom, bedding, kettle were all clean. The balcony furniture in good repair. Nice smelling toiletries. The owner was a sweet lady. I would definitely stay again. :)

New hotel, as expected you have nothing to worry about the cleanliness of the hotel and service rendered by the staffs. But Ray, the night shift manager according to the front counter has been doing more than excellent level. The night before checking in, I called to ask for transfer service from train station to hotel but unfortunately service is unavailable to/from train station. Ray offered his personal service to meet us at the train station and grab an e hailing cab for us, and all these were done out of his shift hour. I'm truly appreciating his initiative and efforts in making sure our journey was smooth and comfortable. I think it's Ascott group's fortune to have such a dedicated staff working for the property.

The room we booked, had a great view. ✨ The apartment/hotel is not far from Haitang Bay. There is a ‘fantasy town’ park not far from the hotel (10 minute walk) and the Aquaventure Waterpark (10min car ride), which was a better option for my daughter and I. I think you have to pay ¥50 each time you want to use the pool. It is a self catering hotel/apartment, I did not enjoy having to collect food deliveries downstairs instead of having them delivered at the door.

The house is very clean, the boss is very nice, the community environment is good, and it is very close to the sea. I would take a walk along the beach in the afternoon when I have nothing to do. The transportation is also very convenient, and it is easy to go anywhere.

We had seven very comfortable nights stay in the hotel. The decorations are very aesthetically pleasing and the support from the staff is exceptional! The check in desk was very helpful, and met me even though my flight was late and I arrived close to 2:30am. The room was clean and satisfactory. The bathroom was a bit smaller than the photos. But the view from the balcony was amazing (in the photo). It’s within walking distance to the beach, less than 5 minutes, and close to all of the big tourist restaurants in Dadonghai. The location is super great.

Facilities: The equipment is relatively complete, with everything you need. The kitchen is free to fire. Although we didn't fire, the experience is much better than many chargeable ones. The equipment is a bit old, and young people probably don't like it. Hygiene: The room has some damp smell, and the sofa also smells of sweat. It may be that the last hotel has not been checked out for a long time. The bed is relatively hard, the quilt is not very soft, and the towels and bath towels are not very absorbent. There are three traffic signals between the hotel and Sanya Bay, which is around 3 kilometers away from the sea beach, but public transportation is convenient. The building has car parking. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and felt comfortable. My kids like this apartment a lot as they are playing around.

We stayed in sea view suite, it was very spacious and convenient. Location was 5 minute walk to beach and 5-10 minute walk to Summer mall which I went for Starbucks and Foreign supermarket. View of room was exactly like the picture in the adverti*****t. Friendly and helpful host. Price was reasonable for the place like this. I went to pool only once, it was clean, there was no other person swimming. Kitchen, washing machine, fridge was very helpful for 7 day stay. Highly recommended.

This hotel is near the Mission Hills scenic area and close to the airport. I just got off the plane and saw that this hotel has a high cost performance, so I booked it here. You can enjoy the scenery. It's not bad.

I got to live here after the hotel I booked originally cancelled while in the flight to Sanya. It isn’t a place I’d ordinarily stay in but it did the job- accommodated me. It’s called sky-view but was given the 7th floor. The walls are so thin so I could hear neighbors and their noisy children the entire 5 nights I was there. Check in was a nightmare. I was dropped in one building, took to another to check in and then taken to another to my room. The room’s keys were not available when I got to my door so I had wait, luggage and all. WiFi was immensely unstable by day 3. Thin pillows that I had to use the couch cushion as an auxiliary.

The location was not ideal for the purpose of my vacation. It was difficult to determine from the online information available, if there was a beach nearby. There wasn’t. It was also frustrating that the swimming pool was closed given that there was not swimming beach nearby. There is a supposed to be a spa in the hotel but it was no longer available. A fitness room still exists and looked well equipped. Aside from this, the staff were friendly and a couple of the staff spoke enough English to take care of my needs. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning my room. It was convenient to have laundry facilities in the room given that my stay was 14 days long. If you’re in Haikou for business, then I give this hotel high marks. I was on vacation so it wasn’t the ideal hotel.

There is a mall nearby (1 km walk) that has a little market, some stores and a lot of restaurants, the people are nice and helpful. There’s also a massage center on the first floor (take the stairs behind McDonalds) that offers great massages for a very good price. If you cross the street in front of the mall, there’s some fruit vendors and a big supermarket (Jiarunfa). Very nice people there too. I loved staying here and will definitely come back!
