First a warning, this is not a hotel but more like an AirBnB. So if you are looking for hotel services such as a reception, lounge, breakfast, etc, it is not for you. Once you arrive you need to ask two ladies there at the entrance to contact the owners of the place to come and give you the code, etc. Rather unusual experience but it works. Having this clear, this is a very good option for accommodation in Xiamen. The most magnificent part is the amazing view. The same view that the 5 star Conrad hotel has next door for one fifth of the cost. The place is ulta clean which is the second best thing. Sparking clean and very well designed room. The battub in front of the window gives you an unforgottable experience. You can open a bottle of wine or make tea and enjoy bathing looking scenery for hours. Next thing is very good service, when I requested couple of things they came to my room rather quickly and helped with my request with a very positive attitude. Finally, it is very good for money, the location is great for this price. You are literally next door to one of the most luxurious hotels of Xiamen. There are many dining opportunities of middle level around and you are also close to the ferry port for the Gunggu island. Last, I want to give some recommendations to the owners: the onlyt thing i can criticse is the lack of a portable thing for hanging my clothes. The hangers on the walls were not enough. Next, it would be great if you would leave couple of tea bags and maybe also instant coffee in the room. It would cost you little and would make the guests stay in the room rather than going out for it. You can also modernise the airconditioner output. It is fine as it is but could be more aesthetic and also better controllable. A little desk (in addition to a portable dress hanger) would also make you attract business travellers. Overall I recommend the place and I would stay here again next time.

We were so impressed by the service of the hosts. The airport pick up & drop off were smooth and we didn’t need to wait long. The driver helped us to move all our luggages and even carried up some stairs to our room as my husband hurt his ankle. During drop-off to the airport, the driver came to us again to help carry our luggages down the stairs and to his van too. Appreciate it. We love this home stay so much and wished to stay longer rather than just one night to catch our next flight. The place was really clean and beds were very comfortable. Washing machine is available but no dryer so we didn’t get to use it. There’s a beach nearby, around 8-10 mins walk on foot. Just turn right when you reach the main road and walk across it. This place is perfect for a flight transit stay.

I wanted to experience staying in such tall buildings 😀 When the wind blows, you can hear whistling in the room. There’s also some kind of cracking sound. When you ride the lift, your ears get a bit clogged. The room is spacious, a bit worn, with a sewage smell. It’s clean, no tobacco smell. No insects. Soundproofing is average. The view from the window is mesmerizing.

I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. Reception staff Abby Wu and Richard Nian were very friendly, helpful, and provided top-notch service with a smile. Ms Abby Wu even “upgraded” our booking to that with breakfast for 5 instead of for 3 and for that, we are grateful. The level of service provided really stood out and left a very good first impression. The concierge was also super helpful assisting with our luggage bags and readily provided us with detailed directions to the places that we wanted to visit . Great Location, next to the metro station (Lindou station) Entrance 3 and right opposite the hotel is the Bao Lung ONE Mall where there are plenty of eateries and restaurants as well as fast food stores. The 3-bedroom deluxe room that we booked was awesome, spacious, well-appointed with comfy beds and clean pillows, kitchenette with pots, plates, utensils and cutlery as well as microwave oven and there’s even a washer and dryer provided (did not have the chance to use as we only stayed for one night). Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Somerset Software Park Xiamen and we highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday in Xiamen.

Register ur face for Id at lobby Entrance is away from Co**d Hotel as C wants to differentiate. Lovely view. I am here for the view. Dipossable Bath towels! 1st time seeing and using. Very near to many eateries and bus is near too Call the customer service at premise (mandarin as hotel side replied if I could speak mandarin) then will be asked for wechat and procedures to check in on phone Staff below coordinates entry and exit by face recoding to enter, not check in related Yes I will be back if I come to Xiamen again

To stay at Xiamen’s tallest building, especially at this price, is just amazing. Waking up to views of the city and the surrounding mountains is a lovely start to the day. The room is spacious, and I would love to have sat down to have tea while watching the sky change. Below the apartment is a mall, so you literally have everything at your feet. Do contact the property before arriving!

the hotel owner is very friendly. at first, I was scared because I was a woman and I was alone. however, the hotel owner was very friendly to me and offered a lot of help when I was confused. the hotel location is very close to fuzhou changle airport. I got free pick up and free drop off. very worth it for solo traveler who want to visit fuzhou.

這家酒店位於的雙子塔的裏面，絕對是廈門的地標，四周被廈門大學包圍，和南普陀也很近。特別適合旅遊居住的地方，也狠出片。因為視野無敵了，在景觀上沒有比這個酒店更適合的了。站在落地大玻璃前面，夜景和白天都超讚的。室內的佈局也很舒適，沙發椅子都很多，空間還很大，還有冰箱是一體化的裝修在壁櫃裏。很適合家庭出遊帶着孩子，也可以像我一樣一個人來，這次住了個雙床房，另一張床放行李也蠻不錯。（主要是我訂的晚、就剩下這個房型了）老闆人很好，服務小哥幫我把行李帶到樓上。室內乾淨，推薦啊。

地點正正位於雙子塔中，感覺很不錯，窗外的風景絕對是100分，能完整地看到鼓浪嶼，早上黃昏也很美麗，浴缸在窗旁，能面對着這樣的風景浸浴，心曠神怡。 鄰近的Conrad 酒店也是望着同一個風景，感覺值回票價。 而且樓下便是商場，有食肆和商店，便利店和超級市場， 十分方便。另外距離沙玻尾只是6分鐘的步行，又是另一個賣點。 房間是本人喜歡的簡約風，有智能開關電視及窗簾，而且職員阿姨十分可愛，笑容可掬，熱心幫助，謝謝你。 美中不足是：1. 隔音很差，樓上踏步或拖行李也會聽到；2. 樓底較矮，他們將一層分成兩層；3. 鄰近暫時並沒有地鐵站；4. 說是無煙房間，但房內有煙灰缸，還不時有一些煙草味。 但整體來說，性價比都是很高，是一趟愉快的旅程。
