Apartments em Anhui, China

The apartment is next to the lake, and you can enjoy the lake view from the room. There is a super large balcony, which is especially suitable for pets. The sanitary facilities and environment are very good. The service is also great. They will recommend delicious and fun places in advance, reply to messages quickly, and respond to requests. It is also convenient to order takeout. It is suitable for vacation. I will choose here next time!

The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

Great location. Close to lots of restaurants, malls and coffee shops. Also close to Line 4 subway stop and very close to Swan Lake. The room is spacious but cleanliness was not great. Water damaged floors and room still had a very distinct smell of cigarette smoke.

This lakeside hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the lake with an expansive, unobstructed view. The room was meticulously cleaned and very comfortable. Waking up to the lake breeze in the morning and cycling along the shore was incredibly calming and refreshing. The service was prompt and the staff were very welcoming. Overall, it's a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a short getaway to relax. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind.

Advantages: The room is very spacious, the facilities are not new but clean, there is a refrigerator and washing machine, folding clothes drying rack must be praised, free parking, there are charging piles in the ground parking lot, there is an internal landline, and a rare hotel apartment also includes breakfast. The surrounding area of the hotel is quiet. You need to swipe your card for the elevator in the building. There are no companies or shops on the same floor as there are residents. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs of the hotel, making life convenient. Disadvantages: 1. The head room and the upstairs and downstairs are not well soundproofed. They are both connected to a glass curtain wall. Late night movements upstairs and the noise of the subwoofer downstairs can be heard most clearly at the bedside. 2. Continued sweeping and cleaning is not enough. The old-fashioned string mop used not only fails to mop the hair clean, but also sometimes leaves a smell after mopping. In addition, it is recommended that the cleaning lady not take the initiative to clean things on the table. Some empty bottle boxes are useful. 3. The hot water is small, so bathing in cold weather is difficult, and water overflows from the basin.

It's not bad to book this house for a price of just over 100. It has windows, good internet speed, business style, and looks quite comfortable overall. Downstairs is a snack street, very convenient, and a subway station is a five-minute walk away. The only drawback is the poor sound insulation.

Hefei Somerset Swan Lake Serviced Residence | Three Families Traveling with Kids – Super Satisfied, Unexpected Upgrade + Perfect Experience! Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!

Nice environment, good hotel worth recommending, service is very thoughtful! If there is a problem, it will be solved in time. I rarely comment. If I come to Hefei to play, this hotel is a good choice.

It's very close to the train station and bus station. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bedding and towels are very clean, so you can feel free to use it. There are many restaurants downstairs and it is very convenient to eat. The boss enthusiastically pointed out that to go to Jiuhua Mountain, take the 12 yuan bus opposite. If you need something in the scenic spot, call her. I originally only stayed for one night, but seeing that the boss is kind-hearted and enthusiastic, I canceled. Accommodation in scenic spots, come back to Chizhou to stay!
