The apartment very disappointed me. With no rooms in other standards we got Junior Siut. The general impression is good. It's a new investment, so the rooms are still clean and clean. Absolutely I’m here for the whole month of September to get a tattoo done and made a huge mistake by not requesting a room with AC. I was extremely stressed and unhappy with myself because I sweat easily and risk infection on such a huge tattoo but I was instantly relieved a day after! That’s because Olgierd, Andrzej, and Joanna were exceptional. Thank you to Joanna for being very clear with the instructions and whereabouts of the area. My sister and I along with a friend, stayed at these marvelous apartments in the old town Square of Warsaw in late July for 12 nights. The service was wonderful and the apartments were not only clean but beautifully appointed with an amazing view of the heart of Warsaw. Alex was extremely accommodating and not only helped us with our luggage both coming and going, but was able to get us in a few hours early before check in. To our surprise, the apartment was cleaned during the middle of our stay, including fresh towels, linens, etc. The washing machine was quick and efficient and despite the fact that there is no dryer, or clothes dried overnight. Rafal was quick to respond to emails both before and after our trip. I will definitely be back and recommend these apartments highly.

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

Apartment with two comfortable bedrooms is very nice and comfortable. Nice surprised for coffee and tea - strict hotel! Very nice and helpful service - you could leave your luggage without a problem and after the conference ended back and change! Smiling manager with Indian genealogy 🤗

It is a 10-minute walk from the train station, but it is a bit confusing to go through the underground passage for the first time. It is very convenient to master the direction. There are many parking spaces on the roadside at the hotel entrance, and it is free at night and weekends. The elevator in the building is on the half floor, so it is a bit inconvenient to have more luggage. It was almost early in the morning when we checked in. The front desk guy was very enthusiastic and helped us run up and down with our luggage.
