The hotel is modern, with small and functional rooms, enjoying the excited space. When you are in couple with two bags, the traffic is already complicated in the room! Small bed, small bathroom... if you stay longer, you will be claustrophobia. Breakfast good, with good quality but simple elements in the basics. Good Wi-Fi. Parking in the street, sometimes limited. It is far from the beach/centre, for us with car was not a problem. A feeling of overprice for what it offers.

The stars that we gave is a kind gesture because the staff is really nice and responsive to communication. The room would receive no stars. We are a traveling family and frequently arrive at our accommodation late in the evening so we were tired enough to sleep in the room. This room may not be similar to the other rooms on the premises but it sets the standard in our eyes. The room smelled like cigarettes and dirty mops. There were spider webs everywhere that we removed ourselves to feel comfortable. The patio was covered with rubbish from plants. Dishes were dirty and equipment did not work properly (WiFi). This home can stand out if properly cleaned and equipped. The furniture is great and bathroom well designed. Toilet also ran excessively. Honestly if the front desk was open when we arrived, we would have asked for a refund so that we can choose a different location.

La habitación era grande y la habilitaron para que entráramos dos adultos y dos niños. El cuarto de baño grande. No tiene lujos pero todo era funcional y no faltaba detalle. Las camas eran cómodas, la ducha espaciosa, los armarios grandes y bien surtidos y una nevera en la habitación. El punto a mejorar es que no tiene aire acondicionando aunque nos dejaran un ventilador ya que la habitación era muy cálida. Buena relación calidad-precio. Muy recomendable.

The front desk has long processing time, work efficiency needs to be improved, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are basic, and the traffic is not the most convenient. In general, the price matches the room.

We have rented two rooms for one week in July 2023. Both apartments were very nice and spacious enough. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower very nice, the hairdryer of good quality. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need (even a dishwasher, iron, drying racket for clothes). Great holiday home feeling! Definitely a 3-4 star experience. The city and the beach are in walking distance, so are numerous restaurants, bars, super markets, etc. And San Sebastian is a great city, for sure worth a return. Also very handy is the washing machine and dryer in the basement (4 Euro). What I would improve: 1. The idea of self cleaning the apartment is ok (the receptionist explained it clearly), but there is no groom available to wipe away the sand when coming from the beach, no cloth to clean the bathroom. So you either need to bring your own basic cleaning equipment for vacation or go and buy stuff. 2. We enjoyed having a toaster, but power outlets are on weird places (see pic). 3. We did not realize that parking facilities are super limited and did not reserve a spot in advance, so we ended up parking in a park house which was very expensive (Txofre, which is close by). 4. The apartment was clean, but not the balcony (bread crumbs and stains of coffee on the table), I would include the balcony to the cleaning routine.

Located in a very good area,outside you can park free without problem,the rooms/apartment are very well equipped, pleasant and clean.All the services of the very good facilities, especially the gym. The penal is very careful and pleasant.
