My family used to stay in this hotel for years. I went with friends and as I knew the place I opted to book this. The issue started with my booking that got cancelled by *********** S there was an issue on credit card (but I never got a message about it, just discovered when I reached the hotel for check-in. Luckily there were rooms available at a good price. The hotel is old and some areas are under refurbished or expansion, it was not very clear. The room had a good size for 3 adults. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were really uncomfortable. The shower didn’t have a good pressure even when changing the jet. So things that need to improve. The hotel says there is a sauna but they charge the guest for the use what doesn’t make any sense for me. The pool is nice but there was no one controlling that kids were in the adult pool. The breakfast it is the best of this hotel. There are an amazing variety of fruits, cakes, snacks etc. Proper cafe colonial as we would say. The garage service is also paid, and the service it is a bit nonsense. They couldn’t find our car when checkin-out and took almost 30min to the car to appear. It was not just once, when we reached they lost the keys and took half jour For our friend to help them to locate it

Hotel located close to restaurants and aurora winemaking. Good service, has parking rate R$35 per day, good breakfast with varieties.
